Q:   Can a student get admission to DAVV without CUET?
3thumbs up
A:

Admission without CUET (Common University Entrance Test) is possible for some courses only like LL. So, the best solution is to prepare in advance for the CUET and get admission in the relevant course. Seats are limited and candidates applying through CUET are many. Only good preparation can assist in getting admission to various courses like BTech, BSc, B.A. and others.

AskShikshaGPT on App
Q:   When does registrations for BSc at DAVV start?
A:

Registrations for CUET exam for BSC admissions start from January. Students can apply for counselling on the official institute website from second week of July. The first merit list is released in last week of July by the university.

Good facilities for buses and satisfied with the course. Students achieve good placements.
Placements: In our college, a maximum of 99.9 per cent placements are available for students. Top recruiting companies are Chouksey Lab, Cipla Company, etc. Most students in their final years got placed at Chouksey Lab, and others in industries as food microbiologists with great achievements.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are nice. The library provides us with maximum books and newspapers, PYQ. In my college, there are at least 4 to 5 canteens, and the food available is good. Acrocare department with medical facilities and a sports playground with different game facilities are available.
Faculty: Faculty is helpful and very friendly to students, and the curriculum is relevant and helpful with industry facilities. Semester exams are hard, and students work hard for passing the exam. Almost all students score above 50 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a scientist and want to go into the field of research, and this course includes more about the industry. What I say about events our college has 6 campus at one place, and on each campus there are one to two events scheduled each month.

So it is a really good college definitely worth it.
Placements: So numerous students took admission for this course and also the package depends on the course they have applied for. We talk about B.Sc. then the starting average package we can expect is around 2.5 LPA-5 LPA. The top recurring companies are Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, LTIMindtree, and many more. 85-90 percent of students got internships in Davv after B.Sc. In electronics, the top roles are usually a mix of core electronics, embedded systems, telecom, and IT/software roles.
Infrastructure: This college has really cool infrastructure with a nice spacious library and labs. The classrooms are even more comfortable and the Wi-Fi connection is also pretty good and it's available all the time. Also canteen food is very hygienic and clean one should try.
Faculty: The teachers are very frank and friendly. They're too sweet like they're helpful, knowledgeable, and highly qualified professionals who know how to treat students and handle the stress. This course definitely makes students industry-ready as it provides various practical knowledge and also industry visits on a regular basis. They also provide internships for experience and training. Semester exams are moderate. The teachers provide and suggest books and PDFs to study with.
Other: It's interesting and meets my interests and future experiences for jobs and the teachers are really very helpful and kind. I think the best thing would be more breaks as the classes are very consistent so they have to give longer lunch breaks for mental health. They conduct various fests and activities so that is a great thing even Garba, Diwali, Christmas, etc.

Good environment and crowd in the college, at least you got a chance to meet a famous actor.
Placements: Around 10 to 20 percent of people get placements. A maximum number of students get internships. They are providing education at the very best. Placements are in your hands, whether you are coming properly or not, and you are regular to campus. Externally, they see your character and give you jobs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, but not better. Modern campus infrastructure features smart classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and well-equipped labs designed for effective learning. Comprehensive libraries and, often, sports facilities support academic and personal growth. Hostels provide necessary amenities, although, in many cases, the mess food quality can be inconsistent.
Faculty: 90% teacher helpful and fully understanding. The faculty members at this institution are exceptional. Around 90% of the teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The teaching quality is excellent, and they ensure a full understanding of complex topics.

Film industry or electronic media.
Placements: Even though the course name is Electronic Media, it is more like film studies. In EMRC, DAVV, there is no placement cell for now, but in the last semester, the only thing a student has to deal with is internships, which are helped by the institution and are already provided in big places like Mumbai Film City or Disney, etc. Since it is film studies/Electronic Media, most students are either self-employed like freelancing, own a business, or get placed easily off-campus.
Infrastructure: There is no particular hostel for any department, but there are many government hostels by DAVV, which are good and affordable. Getting a private hostel nearby is a better option. DAVV has one of the best infrastructures of all time in Madhya Pradesh, excluding IITs and IIMs. Even within that, EMRC, IMS, and IIPS have some of the best infrastructure available.
Faculty: One of the best and highly experienced faculties one could get! Every faculty member is highly experienced with respect to their course. For example, in the Media and Society subject, our faculty owned his own press, making him perfect for the role. The curriculum is up-to-date, with just a few minor drawbacks regarding AI integration, but industry connections are the best here. Exams are very easy and mostly based on practical knowledge.

I am absolutely satisfied because of infrastructure, learning environment, campus life.
Placements: Placement record of Acropolis Institute of Management Studies and Research is good. A good number of students are placed with an average package of 4 LPA and the highest package of 8 LPA in trainee positions. TCS, WNS, Deloitte, Sun Pharma, Lupin, Piramal, Rini Life Sciences are some of the companies where students are placed.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of the college are excellent. Classrooms are well-managed and clean, including whiteboards and projectors. A central library is there with relevant books for courses. Wi-Fi facility is available, and computer labs for different departments with science labs are also there. Along with 2 canteens with a variety of food items.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable, with very good problem-solving skills. Course curriculum covers the theoretical part along with internships included as part of the curriculum. With extra skills and certification courses, students can become industry-ready. The level of exams is easy, not so hard.
Other: I chose this course for exploring varieties of subjects. There are 60 students in each batch with different subject combinations, which gives students an advantage to pursue a career in their respective chosen fields. Lots of events and extracurricular activities are conducted in college at regular intervals for students.

Short review about SCSIT.
Placements: The average placement is of 3.4 LPA, and the highest package as of now is 8 to 14 LPA. The ROI is good if seen from the perspective of the department, but it could be good for companies like Accenture and Infosys that come with these kinds of packages and the placement season.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. The college provides a good campus with greenery all around. The labs are okay, not the best, they are average. The Wi-Fi of the college is good for basic tasks, and the library has all the essential books you need during your academic period.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and are the best in their respective fields. The teaching quality is good. The academic pressure is comparatively much higher for students. Exams are held according to the academic calendar, and a 75% attendance is must to carry on.
Other: I chose this course because I've seen a lot of scope in the field of cybersecurity.
