DDU Nadiad conducts BTech admission process in two ways. For 50% for the total seats, candidates with a valid GUJCET score can apply directly on the university's official website or by visiting the university campus in person. The seats are allotted through a merit list based on the GUJCET scores.

For the remaining 50% of seats, the allocation is based on applicant's GUJCET rank, followed by ACPC counselling. For this, candidates must visit the official ACPC website. After completing the registration and application process, ACPC will declare a merit list of eligible candidates. After this, eligible candidates can proceed to fill out the choices for their preferred colleges. Seats are allotted to applicants based on the merit list and the choices filled by them.

Before applying, they must ensure that they meet the preset eligibility criteria for BTech admission at Dharmsinh Desai University. MBA admission at Dharmsinh Desai University is provided to candidates through ACPC counselling, subject to fulfilment of the DDU MBA eligibility criteria. As per the eligibility criteria, the applicants must have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% in their bachelor's degree to be eligible for admission. A relaxation of 5% in the minimum eligibility requirement is provided to candidates belonging to the SC/ST/SEBC/EWS category. Additionally, candidates must have a valid CMAT score to participate in the ACPC counselling.

To register for ACPC counselling, candidates will need a scanned copy of the following documents:

2. Birth date proof/School Leaving certificate/Aadhar Card
3. Class 12 mark sheet
4. Original Final Semester mark sheet of graduation which shows obtained Percentage Marks or CGPA

6. Caste Certificate/Income Certificate/Physical Disability certificate (if applicable)
7. Non Creamy Layer Certificate for SEBC (In Gujarati, issued by the officers of Gujarat government)
