Really good infrastructure and got A grade by NAAC.

Placements: Recently a company came to our college for the placement. We got information about it from our college placement cell. So we went to the college for the placement details, and we found out that Atlanta company has approached our college for placement.

Infrastructure: In the field of infrastructure, my college is very well in every field whether it is desks, blackboards, smart boards, water facilities, etc. Labs in our college are also well-maintained and have good guidance for the new students. Overall, good in everything.

Faculty: Basically, faculty members of science are very good as compared to others as I think. Everything in my faculty is well maintained, and according to the exam. Teachers also have good experience and describe everything very clearly according tothe examination.

It's an average university for Science students, but for other subjects, one can consider it.

Placements: My department had subjects, Maths, Statistics, and Computer. Only up to 30-40 students have these three subjects. There is no placement offer, but they do annually organize a Rozgar Mela. Once, TCS company arranged a workshop for 2nd and 3rd-year students, including training and interviews.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the Science faculty was very poor. Washrooms were not usable, and we had to use other faculty washrooms. However, labs, classrooms, and libraries were quite neat and clean. Wi-Fi is available. I didn't stay in the hostel, but according to my friends, the mess was closed during COVID and never opened throughout our 3 years.

Faculty: Some teachers were quite helpful, but some teachers just used to read slideshows. The course curriculum during our batch was not that good, but it changed for our juniors based on the current National Education Policy. We used to have yearly exams, and it was doable if studied properly. The passing percentage was 34%.

Other: I chose the subject of Statistics, which was underrated in 2020, but I was advised that this subject has potential for our future. Computer is always relevant. Computers in the computer labs need to be updated. The focus should be more on practical knowledge rather than theory. There were no annual events, only freshers and farewell if students led enough. Some classical programs, workshops, and international collaborations did happen. The fee is very low for my course, approximately 10,000 per year, but they still provide scholarships for economically weaker sections. (I'm unable to enter the correct figure in the total fee, which is approximately 35,000).

Review of Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith.

Placements: Our college doesn't provide placements for our course. The environment of our college is not good. They should provide some placements because the regional students are studying on the main campus. Placements are very important for us.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. It should be spacious. The mess and canteen facilities are not available in our college. Classrooms are not good. There is dust everywhere.

Faculty: Our teachers are not good. They don't teach us well. They finish the syllabus. They always take extra classes after 3 PM, which cannot be comfortable for everyone as many students come from far, so it should be resolved. The course curriculum is average.

Other: They should provide something to explore our learning abilities and skills.

Placements: Our college doesn't provide placement opportunities. Students don't get placed in our college. Companies don't visit our college to recruit students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college environment is not good.

Faculty: Our teachers are helpful. They help every student. They are well-qualified. They have been educated at reputed colleges. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. They conduct curriculum activities. Semester exams are not much difficult if you study regularly. Almost 90% of students pass the exams.

Other: If you want to study, you can focus on your study. If you move on to politics and arguments, you will get distracted. If you get admitted to this college, do not go to any political party.

Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth University Varanasi is one of the best state universities in UP.

Placements: 85% students were placed from my courses. The highest package is 500000 PA and the lowest is 300000 PA. The average package is 350000 LPA. There are many companies that visit here for the recruitment.

Infrastructure: The facilities of my hostel are the best. The quality of food is so tasty and healthy. Food given is given in the hostel. The food is given to the students from time to time. The hostel staff is friendly.

Faculty: In my college, teachers are very helpful and they teach in a good manner. It is very easy to pass in the semester exams. Teachers behave well with the students. They are always available to clear our doubts. They come to the study room daily to teach us.
