No, the Delhi University does not offer admission to the M.A. in Hindi course without meeting the 60% eligibility requirement in PCM, but the actual requirement is that the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (3-year) in any discipline from a recognised university if your graduation includes Hindi as a subject (either a major or at least two courses). The candidate should have a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in graduation for General, OBC & EWS candidates, and a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in graduation for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
