CUET UG 2025 will be divided into three parts which will carry objective-type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Each question will carry five marks and for each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one mark. Candidates must note that the CUET UG will have Section 1A, Section 1B, General Test, and domain-specific subjects. Section 1A, which will be compulsory, will be conducted in 13 languages and candidates will be given the option to choose the language of their choice. Candidates will be permitted to take up to six subjects which would include three domain subjects, two languages and general test.

The minimum eligibility conditions for admission to the B.Com programme are as follows: the candidate must have completed HSC (10+2) with a minimum aggregate of 40% marks. The minimal eligibility criteria for admission to DU PG courses require candidates to have a bachelor's degree and at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying test. Candidates from the SC/ST/PwD classes are offered a 5% relaxation.
