Candidate must have four years of pharmacy practice experience in a community or hospital pharmacy-
a. A certificate from a competent authority stating that Candidate is endorsed as a registered pharmacist in the drug license of pharmacy as a proof of practice experience in case of community pharmacist.
b. A certificate from the Principal/medical superintendent/competent person of Hospital /health unit stating that candidate is working as a pharmacist will be accepted as proof of practice experience.
Candidates must have passed diploma in Pharmacy course from institution approved by Pharmacy council of India under section12 of Pharmacy Act,1948
