Step 1: Online Application
Aspirants need to apply online for the respective course Candidates need to pay an application fee to apply for admission.
Step 2: Selection Rounds
DIT University will shortlist candidates based on their merit or entrance exam scores. DIT also conducts DUET for shortlisting aspirants for MPharm, M.Tech and PhD courses. Candidates also have to undergo counselling for a few courses. However, for PhD who have a valid score GATE / SET / SLET will be selected based on PI. Additionally, candidates who do not have any of the scores mentioned above need to sit and appear for merit-based counselling on DUET followed by PI.
Step 3: Counselling, Document Verification & Final Admission
Candidates are called for the counselling round and document verification, post selections.
DIT Dehradun University offers BTech, MTech, MBA, BSc, BDes courses at the UG and PG levels. The college also offers three years of BTech and BPharma Lateral Entry courses. Students can check some of the course-wise eligibility from the table presented below:

DIT University DPharm fee is inclusive of various components, such as caution money, hostel fee, tuition fee, and more. Some of the fee components are one-time chargeable, while some have to be paid annually/semesterly. DIT DPharm tuition fee is INR 1.6 lakh and the hostel fee is INR 1.13 lakh. Students have to pay some amount of the total fee for seat confirmation. It must be noted that the given fee details are as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change. Yes, DIT University offers scholarship solely to girls called Shri Naveen Agarwal Ji Scholarship for girls students. This scholarship is applicable to UG programmes. Scholarship of 10% on tuition fee is applicable for Girl students in first year of UG programmes under to conditions:
- Student has scored 80% & above in Class 10 & 12 aggregate
- Scholarship percentage will remain same for all categories of admission
To continue the above scholarship, the student should maintain a CGPA of 8.5 and above every year, without any back paper, UFM and Indiscipline case
