DIT Dehradun MPharm Courses & Fees 2026: Admission Dates & Eligibility

Step 1: Online Application

Aspirants need to apply online for the respective course  Candidates need to pay an application fee to apply for admission.

Step 2: Selection Rounds

DIT University will shortlist candidates based on their merit or entrance exam scores. DIT also conducts DUET for shortlisting aspirants for MPharm, M.Tech and PhD courses. Candidates also have to undergo counselling for a few courses. However, for PhD who have a valid score GATE / SET / SLET will be selected based on PI. Additionally, candidates who do not have any of the scores mentioned above need to sit and appear for merit-based counselling on DUET followed by PI.

Step 3: Counselling, Document Verification & Final Admission

Candidates are called for the counselling round and document verification, post selections.

Attested copies of the following documents along with original transcripts. The original transcripts would be returned to the students after verification. Check the list of docs listed below:

• Class 10 & 12 mark sheets for Graduation course
• Downloaded copy of the DIT University Registration Form
• Valid Score card of NATA (If applied for BArch programme)
• Identity Proof issued by the Government (Preferably Aadhar Card).
• Class 10, 12 & Graduation Mark sheets for Post Graduate programmes
• High School Certificate (for Date of Birth)
• JEE (Mains) Score card (if applied for BTech programme)
• Domicile Certificate of Uttarakhand & Himalayan States. (Original in the prescribed format by State Government (Without valid Domicile Certificate candidate shall not be considered for Himalayan States category).

The requirement of entrance exam varies course-wise. Aspirants are shortlisted for UG programmes except BTech based on their merit. Admission in PG-level courses, such as MCA, MA, MSc is merit-based. Candidates can get admission in these courses without passing any entrance exam.

Candidates need to upload certificates and marksheets during the form filling and admission. Check below documents required at the time of application at DIT University:

• Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet
• UG marksheet (if required)
• PG marksheet (if required)
• Photograph
• Migration/ Transfer & Character Certificate issued by the last institution attended by the student
• NOC and two years of work experience certificate from employer (for PhD part-time candidates only)

Yes, along with the CUET UG score, DIT Dehradun also select students based on JEE Main and on the merit of Class 12. On-campus admission counselling is conducted by the university, for which 25% of seats are reserved for Uttarakhand candidates who have scored 95% or above in Class 12. Direct admission is possible in this case, and a 25% Scholarship will be given on tuition fees.

Yes, admission to DIT University, Dehradun courses are open for academic year 2026. Candidates can apply until July 26th this year for all courses at DIT Dehradun.

Application filling can begin after candidates receive their last qualifying exam marksheet and entrance exam scores (if applicable).

Admission fees for confirmation of DIT University is INR 10,000 in academic year 2026. This is a common amount for all courses which non refundable. Alongside this admission fees, candidates will also be charged a security deposit of INR 5,000. It will be refunded either at end or when a candidate cancel's their admission.

Yes, admissions are possible in DIT with 70% in Class 12th but students will have to follow the admission criteria. UG and PG admissions are based on entrance test scores like JEE Main, MAT, CAT, etc. Merit-based counselling is there on DUET followed by Personal Interview round. There are 10% NRI/Sponsored Seats available in the university. Conditional admissions are available in the university.
