DIT Dehradun MPharm Courses & Fees 2026: Admission Dates & Eligibility

As per the latest report,  over 350 recruiters participated in the placement process 2023 at DIT University and presented over 1,350 job offers to the students of Class 2023. The the highest package package offered during DIT University placements in 2023 stood at INR 58 LPA. The top recruiters of DIT University Dehradun in 2023 included Palo Alto Network,   Amazon, Microsoft, Deloitte, KPMG, IBM, Optum, Commvault, etc.

The university shortlists candidates based on their merit or entrance exam scores. DIT University Dehradun also conducts DUET for shortlisting aspirants for MPharm, M.Tech and PhD courses. The students wanting to pursue Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharm) course from DIT University should have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board. In addition, the qualifying exam should have been passed from a recognised board. Students must also hold the documents or pass certificates at the time of form filling or admission. These documents are required by the university for verification purposes.

Candidates seeking admission must be fulfilling the course-specific eligibility requirements. The students who have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam can apply. Moreover, the university shall offer admissions on a merit-basis. Hence, the applicants scores of Class 12 are considered. Step 1: Online Application

Aspirants need to apply online for the respective course  Candidates need to pay an application fee to apply for admission.

Step 2: Selection Rounds

As per the latest research on external sources, we have found that DIT Deradun alumni are placed in top national and multinational companies such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon, EY, KPMG, etc. They work in various sectors such as Engineering, Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Sales and more. Of all the sectors, 37% of alumni work in the Engineering sector. Additionally, 15% and 12% of alumni work in the IT and Business Development sectors. DIT University has released the mean package for the year 2024. The overall mean package in 2024 was 5.76 LPA. Also, the mean package recorded during SOET, SOC, School of Management and School of Pharmacy was 4.2 LPA, 6.26 LPA, 4.5 LPA and 3.2 LPA. 

DIT University DPharm fee is inclusive of various components, such as caution money, hostel fee, tuition fee, and more. Some of the fee components are one-time chargeable, while some have to be paid annually/semesterly. DIT DPharm tuition fee is INR 1.6 lakh and the hostel fee is INR 1.13 lakh. Students have to pay some amount of the total fee for seat confirmation. It must be noted that the given fee details are as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change. The total number of seats available for the DPharm progrmme at DIT University is 60. Applicants are admitted to the programme in accordance with the sanctioned seat intake. The seat allotment shall be carried out on a merit-basis. Further, it must be noted that the mentioned seat intake is taken from the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative. 

To withdrawal the application from the hostel, candidates are required to submit their request to the administration department. If the student withdraws before the notified date of commencement of classes/reporting for hostel, only Rs. 1,000/- will be deducted as processing charges and balance shall be refunded. If the student has availed hostel facility even for one day in a calendar month, then Mess & Laundry fee for that calendar month shall be deducted.

In  DIT University, Registration fee of INR 1,250 and Admission Fee of INR 10,000 fees once paid will not be refunded once the payment is done. All withdrawal applications will be processed by the Registrar Office of DIT University on recommendations of the Head, Admissions. Further, In case, the student reports to attend the Programme and subsequently applies for withdrawal, an additional amount of Rs 10,000/- on account of Joining Kit will be deducted over and above from the refundable amount as mentioned in the table provided above.
