School of language (Chinese department).

Placements: In our Chinese department, almost every student got job, and the package start from 5LPA. This year our department collaborated with the Uttarakhand government and launched the 10-day teaching internships (only for 3rd-year students), which is very helpful and innovative.

Infrastructure: Doon is a small university but campus looks always evergreen, especially in the Rainy and Winter. As a hosteller, each boy gets allocated a single room which is quite good but the food in mess is very bad. In girl's hostel, they allot 2 of 3 students in a single room.

Faculty: The other faculty members are normally good but our department's faculty members are very helpful especially our head of department and other teachers also. All teachers are well-talented and educated in their field. In our department, we also have Taiwan foreign faculty members, who teach us Chinese.

Other: I chose this university because of the Chinese department. I already know that there's Chinese department is good and famous. They also help students to get the China and Taiwan scholarships for higher education. Every year, a few students get scholarships in China or Taiwan based on their studies background and skills.

Everything is very good in this college. You don't have to worry.

Placements: About 96% was the guaranteed placement percentage. The minimum salary offered in our course was Rs.50,000 per month. The maximum salary offered was Rs.80,000 per month for jobs offered by companies like Amazon. About 92% of students get internships. This course offered jobs in MNCs as well as the government sector like the embassy. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, and Byjus paid attention to our college students.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure were available. Wi-Fi was available at the speed of 9 Mbps. Labs for science students were well-maintained. Classrooms were neat and clean. The library had good atmosphere for your revision. In the hostel mess, they provided good and hygienic food. Medical facilities were proper for students.

Faculty: Faculty members were highly educated and supportive. They would motivate you in education and extracurricular activities. Exams had good standards. This course curriculum was relevant. It made students industry-ready. If you were not satisfied with your marks in exams, you could give a make test for that subject.

Other: By doing the language course, you can learn many skills like communication. This course is new and beneficial for you.

Our college is very great and has a good environment.

Placements: Placements are average in our college. Our college provides internship opportunities. Students are most likely to get recruited in the research field.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is decent. The hostel is in decent condition. Cleanliness and maintenance are up to the mark. The central library is one of the highlights of this campus.

Faculty: All faculty members of our course are good and very well-qualified. They are concerned about our exams and curriculum. Students have to keep up with their academics to perform well. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate. Our basic concepts need to be strong to pass exams.

Other: You can go for further studies. Academic performance is going to be one of the most determining facts. There is good scope for sports and other such activities in our college. Our college campus is huge and is surrounded by greenery. The overall campus life is good. Our college should provide some attention to events and fests.
