B.Tech in Engineering Physics at DTU is a viable option if you want to do MS in physics abroad. The course structure covers almost all of BSc physics along with ECE courses, and it feels like foreign universities prefer 4-year courses. You will be getting a lot of research internships in EP, which would help a lot in foreign university applications. Additionally, EP has the closest structure to BSc physics.
