GIET University BSc Placements 2024
The GIET University has formally released the placement statistics and list of students placed from the batch 2024. A total of 950 students were placed in the companies that participated in the placement drive. The highest and lowest packages offered during GIET University placements in 2024 were INR 26.50 LPA and INR 1.20 LPA, respectively. Tech Mahindra selected the highest number of students. The other recruiters included Accenture, Intellipaat, ZScaler, and many others.

Excellent university to be a nursing expert.
Placements: I have chosen B.Sc. Nursing as my passion, which is suitable here. As this course started new here, top companies are not coming for hiring us. Only engineering students are getting selected. We normally get offers from some government hospitals. We are getting internship/free training as well in our locality hospital.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of this university is excellent. The nursing hall is set with well-equipped experiential learning tools. There is free Wi-Fi available in the college and classrooms. The quality of the hostel is good. According to the budget, one can also live in an AC hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-trained and graduates. Their teaching level is just excellent. The exams are a little bit the toughest, as without studying, it's impossible to pass. The nursing course is suitable to do here, as its experiential procedures are excellent.
Other: I chose this college as it's budget-friendly, as well as providing excellent teaching with training.

GIET University is excellent.
Placements: 70% of eligible students get placements in top recruiting companies like Accenture, HCL, and Tech Mahindra. But for our branch hospitals, like the SKCG Hospital. So it's quite good to be part of the college.
Infrastructure: It's quite good and excellent to see the infrastructure of this university. The lab facility is super. Especially nursing students are taken to the government hospital for all treatment and practical purposes in real-time. So it's quite excellent for studying. The infrastructure of this college is stunning.
Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant, and it provides the best way to study. The exam processing is good, and it's quite hard to crack exams. The pass percentage of this college is 33%. Teachers are well-qualified and must be from the locality, so it gives only local experience to enrich knowledge.
Other: My brother got a good placement from this university in B.Tech, so I chose it.

The university, most importantly, provides the best environment and keeps students safe.
Placements: The B.Sc. nursing course at GIET University was recently opened in 2022, and I am a student of the first batch. Till now, every batch has gotten the perfect advantage of studies and clinical practice that's been done at MKCG Hospital, one of the government hospitals with name and fame, which will help in developing better skills. The placement rate is 100% as many companies come, and the best thing is that international placements are also being offered. Companies like Hi-Tech, KIIT, and many more have tied up with our branch for placement, and it provides courses for M.Sc. and nursing officers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good as free Wi-Fi is provided all over the university and also at the hostels. Labs are properly maintained, classrooms are equipped with projectors, and the branch has its own library. The hostel facility is good, and the mess, canteen, and medical facilities are appropriately taken care of; even hostels have fields for outdoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, and the teaching method is far better because they keep revisiting previously taught topics. The course is really relevant because it's for the medical sector. The semesters never feel difficult because we are given enough knowledge for attending exams, and we are prepared perfectly; the pass percentage is more than 90% of students, with more than 70% of marks.
Other: The course is in the medical sector, which means that placement will never be difficult, and that's the best aspect of the B.Sc. nursing course. Another advantage is that this college charges the least amount of fees compared to other nursing colleges, with perfect benefits. I don't think any better aspects should be added because everything is perfect—the environment, the students, the teachers, and the facilities. Other activities are conducted cleanly and decently, and scholarships are also provided to students.

Placements: For the students of engineering, placement and internships are provided, while for agricultural student KUS program, government-recognized internships will be provided with stipend of 10,000.
The top company recruiter for engineering are Accenture, High radius CCM Level 5 & 3 companies, along with few core companies like jk Copier, etc. The highest package is 29.5 LPA to minimum of 4 LPA
Nearly 50% of the students get placement .
Infrastructure: The campus and the hostel are completely Wi-Fi connected. The infrastructure of the University is so good which attracts most of the students with its pace and calm-relief nature
There will be central library which is open 24/7 and students can go and read there a lot of books, magazines, and journals.
The quality of the hostel is not too high-class but okay. The food is not worth the penny, but it is manageable for consumer They provide non-vegetarian food 5 times a week ( 2 eggs, chicken, and once fish). There is a dispensary available on campus to diagnose minor health conditions and provide medicine according to
sports club and NSS volunteer programme are available in which the students can participate .
Faculty: The teaching staff are highly qualified with Masters and doctorate degrees; they provide essential knowledge through their experience, which would be helpful for the students in building their careers. The course syllabus would follow the required norms, according to the central government. And of course, it makes the students ready for the industry by providing internships and placements with the help of several companies. The difficulty of the difficulty of the semester will be based on your studies. If you go through the lectures daily, you will be able to answer all the questions; if not, you may find it difficult if you study the night before exams. And it is mandatory to fulfil the attendance criteria of 75% to be eligible for the external exams. The passing percentage will be around 6.5 CGPA.
Other: It would be better if they improved the transport facility and hostel infrastructure. Teach Fest will be conducted once a year, and along with that, there are events like freshmen and farewells, according to your stream. They even celebrate Women's Day, Republic Day, and Independence Day. The campus view is extraordinary and will be peaceful.

B.Sc. hons in agriculture from GIET University.
Placements: 80% of the students in our batch got placed for the course that I had pursued.
The highest package being 7,00,000, the lowest package being 4,00,000 and the average package being 6,00,000. Top recruiters are Adani Ports and Amaraja Batteries.
Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure available to us in our course and department include Library access to all the students and the classroom has all the basic amenities available to us. The quality of the facilities in the hostel is good and the food is also good.
Faculty: The teachers and the visiting faculty members both are extremely helpful and they guide us not only in academics but also in our day-to-day career opportunities and prospects. The course structure is extremely relevant to the curriculum that we are having.

University provide so many courses.
Placements: This university is very good, I have completed my B.Sc. Ag from this university. Now this university is accredited by ICAR, UGC. Their practical classes are more informative. In agriculture, there are 8 semesters. They provide study tours, KUS program, RAWE, and ELP.
Infrastructure: They have all the labs. In hostel, Wi-Fi is also available. Library facilities are also available for students, college bus is also there. 3 times food and 1-time snacks are provided. Girl student's hotel is outside the campus due to security reasons. The boy's hostel is inside the campus.
Faculty: All teachers are well-educated and Ph.D. degree holders. B.Sc. Ag is a 4-year course. In these 4 years, there are 8 semester exams, 8 practical exams, and 8 internal exams conducted. In each semester, almost 12 subjects are there. In the final year RAWE, KUS program, and ELP are also there.
Other: For SC, ST, and OBC students scholarships are there. Throughout the year so many events are conducted.
