Faculty members are very supportive and campus life is full of fun.

Placements: The highest package offered is 12 LPA. The best companies visit the campus and offer high packages according to the skills of the students. Students are highly satisfied with their packages. Almost 90 percent of students are placed in reputable companies and industries with high salary packages.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. The library is well furnished with centralised air conditioning. Classrooms are spacious with smart boards and projectors. Wi-Fi with 4 GB is provided to each student in the hostel. Girls' hostels are outside the campus in the town whereas the boys' hostel is inside the campus.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. Teachers hold Ph.D. degree. They are very supportive and friendly. They guide the students with their projects very nicely. They are there for your help at every step and treat you like their own child. They give suggestions whenever you are in trouble.

Other: I have always had an interest in the field of research and I have loved biology since class 6. This course helps me get exposure. Our college hostel hosts many tech fests, departmental fests, and one annual fest Shrujan.

Placements: 90% of students get placed in our course. The highest package of college is 29 LPA and the lowest package ranges from 2-4 LPA. The average package ranges from 7-8 LPA. Companies like TCS, MNC, and ACCENTURE visited the college for placements last year. These companies also provide internships for students.

Infrastructure: The university boasts 64 air-conditioned classrooms, 110 advanced laboratories, 20 high-tech computer labs, and four well-equipped workshops, providing a conducive environment for learning and research. The university provides separate hostels for boys and girls, featuring spacious rooms with attached bathrooms. Students can choose from single, double, or triple occupancy options, each furnished with essential amenities. GIET University in Gunupur, Odisha, offers a robust infrastructure to support its Biotechnology program, ensuring both academic excellence and comfortable residential facilities for students.

Faculty: The Department of Biotechnology has Dr. Manoja Das as associate professor and head of the department, with a PhD from Berhampur University. Placements: Above 70% of students got placed from our course. The average salary offered is Rs. 40,000 and the highest is Rs. 70,000. The lowest salary is Rs. 20,000. 80% of students got internships. Recruiting companies are Dr. Reddy's, Bharat Biotech, and Arbind Pharma. Plant biotech, medical biotech, and nano biotech are roles offered in our course.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in our course and department are excellent. There are multiple Wi-Fi available and various types of routers are connected. Labs, classrooms, and library are decent.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable as they are average and have more experience. Course curriculum is good and it makes students industry-ready. The difficulty of semester exams in this college is average. Pass percentage is 40%.

Other: I chose this course because I am more interested in this field. In this field, we learn about biotechnology, etc. One thing our institution should improve is that Biology should be added. Various types of events and activities are organized on campus. The surroundings are average.

Facilities are excellent and I would recommend joining this college.

Placements: Most of the students on our campus got placed in good Elite companies. The highest package is around 9 to 10 LPA. Some of the top recruiters are Tech Mahindra, Accenture, and Cognizant. The top role can be offered as a junior engineer and that's good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are well-maintained and very fine. The department of every education sector is also good. Labs and the library are the most significant here. Actually, I love the photo quality here. It is good and we can get non-veg.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified from good colleges. They are very knowledgeable. The semester exams are not very difficult. They are moderate which every student can pass. Semester papers are from different universities nearby which is good. So there is not much difficulty in exams.

Other: I chose this course because of my profession in biotech and my learning towards health and life. Talking about a fest, it happens early once.

My overall experience at GIETU is very nice.

Placements: This college provides decent placement. The maximum package offered is 30 LPA and the average package is 10-12 LPA. The lowest package is 4-5 LPA. Top companies visiting our campus are Accenture, TCS, and Infosys. Out of this, Accenture is very good and gives a very good package. 90% of students got internships from Accenture by the end of 3rd year.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good, excellent, and well-decorated. Lab is equipped with AC. Wi-Fi is available on campus. Classrooms are also good. Medical facilities are very good. A large playground is available for sports and games. Hostel is very good. Our library contains more than 50,000 books.

Faculty: The teacher's teaching style is excellent. A few teachers are qualified from NITs and IITs. Course curriculum is relevant and makes students to be industry-ready. Semester exams are very difficult in this college, with questions coming from IITs. 90% of students have passed the exams easily in the previous year.

Other: This course has various types of opportunities in the future. The best thing about the course is if we study this course mindfully, then he/she can make their career in a good field. In our college, various types of events are celebrated every year, including one big tech fest. Campus is surrounded by mountains. The other name of GIETU is the Green Campus GIETU. Students can receive scholarships of more than Rs. 20,000 every year. There are extracurricular activities available for students.

Our college offers the best platform to complete our studies.

Placements: Our college gives the best practices for placements. The cell of our college gives you the best experience of your on-campus drive. Our college provides internships in very good and reputed companies every year. At least 2-3 times a year, our college provides internships.

Infrastructure: The course curriculum is very effective and the subjects deal very well with it. It also provides the best knowledge of the course and allows us to get to know it better. Our course curriculum is very good at this college. The hostel facilities are very good and there are separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel department takes care of every student in the hostel, and the hostel is under CCTV control all the time. The food and all the facilities are very good.

Faculty: The faculty of our university are exceptionally talented and eager to help and guide students so that they can be nurtured to be the best engineers and can apply their learning for the good of the people around them. They have excellent skills in teaching.

Other: The campus is quite amazing. It is almost 65 acres. We have a garden, library, swimming pool, theatre, and medical store, all inside the campus itself. There is a wonderful temple is also situated inside the college campus

The campus is too good in everything.

Placements: There are good number of students that are getting enrolled into the biotechnology programme in GIETU. 12 lpa is the highest, 6 lpa is the average and 3.25 lpa is the lowest. Top recruitment is done by Wipro, TCS, highradiua and others too

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good but the quality of the food is horrible. They should improve their food quality a lot. The labs are provided with proper air conditioner and the campus is well spread in 100 acres land. It has great qualities within.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and have great qualities in them. They know well how to make a class interactive and study enjoying. Of course this course curriculum is relevant it teaches lot of things that surely do have industrial applications.

Other: From the beginning of my schooling I always wondered to be a researcher in Biology field and GIETU helped me in fulfilling my wish. I think if college would build a new animal cell culture lab that would be a boom to the biotechnology branch in the GIETU.
