Goa University Executive MBA Courses & Fees 2026

In the Goa University, the passing rates are divergent in both the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Students under the UG have to pass a minimum of 40 percent aggregate mark on a combination of theory and practical. In respect to PG, both internal and end-of the semester assessment needs a minimum of 50 percent. Such criteria are able to support academic standards and fairness of all courses.

Goa University has record of providing placement assistance and job opportunities to its candidates. According to the NIRF report 2025, 60 MBA students were placed from the total 233 graduated batch 2024 with a median package of INR 3.09 LPA. In UG 3-year program,  4 students of the batch 2024 were placed with a median salary of INR 6.10 LPA.

Goa University offers various UG, PG and doctoral-level courses at campur or through affiliated colleges. The university offers UG courses such as BA, BBA, BSc, etc., while all the PG courses such as MBA, MSc, MCom, MCA, etc., are taught through various schools and departments at the university and affiliated colleges. Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG programmes. Further, Goa University also has nine recognised institutes that offer research programmes leading to PhD degrees.

Goa University conducts its entrance exam for some of the courses. These are GU-ART and GU-PET for PG and PhD programmes, respectively. The university also conducts GU-CLAT, GU-QET, GU-CSAT, etc. Besides this, Goa University also accepts national-level entrance exam scores. The university accepts CMAT/ XAT for MBA General and ATMA for MBA Financial Services. For admission to PhD programme, the university also accepts UGC NET/ SET/ JRF/ GATE/ GPAT scores.

Goa University offers good placements annually for its MBA, MCA and MDS courses. The placement details of the batch 2026 are yet to be released on the official website. Goa University conducts a Qualifying Entrance Test or QET for admission to ME courses. QET is a two hour test of 100 marks. Aspirants who qualify QET are shortlisted for admission to ME programme. Besides, candidates must also complete graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for ME.

The fee structure is different for different courses based on the stream and duration of the courses.
