B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2024
4.0

Good infrastructure and faculty support, average placements.
Placements: Around 40%-50% of students got placed in our batch 2024. Due to the recession, the number of students placed has dropped compared to previous years. The highest package offered was around 9 LPA, the lowest package was around 3.5 LPA, and the average package was around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Capgemini, and a few core companies. 30-40% got internship opportunities. Roles offered are Associate Software Engineer, graduate trainee engineer, and technical support. The placement support provided by the college was good, but students need to put extra effort to secure an opportunity.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of ECE was good and decent. The classrooms were spacious and equipped with projectors for better learning. The labs had well-infrastructure and were maintained with the required equipment. The library had a good collection of academic books and provided a calm and peaceful environment for study. The hostel was hygienic, and the quality of food in the mess was average. Medical facilities were available for basic needs. The campus was clean, beautiful, and peaceful, with greenery all around. The college also provided sports facilities for students' overall development.
Faculty: Faculty members in the ECE department were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They taught well, and they helped students during lab practical sessions. Although the teaching quality may vary from teacher to teacher. The course curriculum was relevant and concept-oriented. Students should put in extra effort to gain the practical skills and be industry-ready. The semester exams were moderately difficult with regular preparation and understanding of concepts. The pass percentage was good, with most students able to clear the examinations.
Other: I'm a 2024 graduate from ECE. I chose this course for my interest in electronics, and its scope for both core and IT-related opportunities. The best thing for course was a good foundation in core subjects, and the faculty supported a lot. I feel that more focus on practical learning makes students industry-ready and able to grab the opportunity. The college conducted various cultural activities. The campus crowd was friendly and diverse. The connectivity to the college was also convenient. The campus surroundings were clean and peaceful. The campus provided scholarships for eligible students. Overall, the college provided a good experience in academics and campus life.

Best for engineering life.
Placements: Around 50 to 80% of students from our course are placed in different companies. The placement process is well organised by the college placement cell. Our college has gained the highest package of 10 LPA, the lowest package of 5.5lpa and the average package of 2.5 LPA. Around 40 % of students also got internship opportunities in companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructures available for our course and department, like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, and the quality of the connection, are too good in the college. The college provides the best infrastructure, and the hostel is also very good for students to study.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful for the students to clarify their doubts and help in improving the knowledge for the students. The course curriculum is so helpful and relevant to the students, and helpful for the industry study for the students.
Other: I have chosen this course for the best future life and improvement of the technological within my side. The way to improve in my course is skill development, and the understanding capacity, leadership skills, and also I wish to improve communication skills. In our college, the biggest fests are Medha and Maitri, both the events conducted by the college to improve the skills and capabilities of the students. These fests are of two types 1st one is of both technical and gaming, and the other one is cultural and sports.

My review after 3 semesters.
Placements: A good percentage of students were placed. The highest was 20 LPA, and the average was 3 LPA. Top recruiters and roles: We are frequently visited by industry giants. The top recruiting companies include TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Virtusa, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra. Internships were quite fewer. Roles like full-stack and data analytics were given.
Infrastructure: It's a lush 300-acre green campus with vintage buildings. Wi-Fi is low, and classrooms are slowly getting digitalized. The library will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Hostel rooms were not good comparatively. The food is better, and canteens are available. A medical shop is also available, and many sports grounds like cricket, basketball, football, Kabaddi, and many courts are available for practice purposes.
Faculty: Teachers were well qualified, and they explained the concerned lectures very carefully. The curriculum was very updated and industry-relevant. Semester segregation and credit-based accumulation were very excellent, and it was competitive with the most reputed institutions across India.
Other: Since I am interested in the Computer Science course, I have chosen this course, and if they can improve, they can go to many classrooms that are Wi-Fi oriented. Events were mostly professional, and extracurricular activities also took place in the university.

Of course, I am satisfied with my college because of the teachers and facilities.
Placements: 50 percent of people are placed in my course. The highest package is 2.5 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is 1.5 LPA. Amazon and Google visit our college, and we have NAAC A+ and NIRF rankings, etc. My course roles are software developing, engineering, and computer-based roles, etc. Above 50 percent of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Our college has a lot of facilities like digital classrooms, AC labs, a beautiful view of nature, canteens, and clean classrooms, etc. Coming to hostels, rooms are good and hygienic, but the food quality is a little better. The surroundings are full of greenery.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified in our college, and their teaching style is very good. If we study everything, the semester exams are not difficult. Above 90 percent of students have passed out and secured high-paying jobs, and the college is good.
Other: I want to know more about AI and how I should use AI tools, and I want to create an app by using AI, so I chose this course. Coming to our college events, our college conducts every festival superbly.

Infrastructure: The facilities are really excellent and student-friendly and the infrastructure is really good and impressive. The labs are full of required equipment and the classrooms are really clean and good. Join any college, but don't depend on college, learn yourself, earn yourself.
Placements: Team Lead or other roles are offered in our college based on the candidate's knowledge and skills, CGPA, etc. There are a lot of recruiters for our college, like HCL, Cognizant, and IBM. Recently, our college has collaborated with IBM and KPMG for further admissions.
Infrastructure: My course is AlML (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning). The course is quite good, and the faculty is somewhat better, not either bad nor best, but some of them are good. Labs are good, e.g., Python lab, DSW lab, etc. They are maintaining neat and clean labs.
Faculty: Semester exams quiet medium, neither hard nor easy in 1-1. Faculty members are good at teaching, but not all are good, some of them are not good at some teaching skills. No college teaches you any skills required for the industry, the students should learn by themselves.
