Strategy & Consulting was the top recruiting domain during IIT Delhi MBA placements 2025. The placement distribution in this domain was 30.07%. It was followed by IT, Marketing and Finance domains with 23.78%, 19.58% and 10.49% placement distribution. In HR & GM and Operations & SCM, 8.39% and 7.69%

The cutoff for the B.Des course at IIT Delhi in 2025 (Round 1) was a closing rank of 35 for the General (AI) category. For other categories, the cutoff ranks were 21 for OBC and 11 for SC candidates. Admission is based on UCEED scores followed by a counselling process.
