Integral University, Lucknow offers decent placements annually for courses like BTech, MBA, MTech, BPharma, etc. The placement statistics for the Class of 2025 are yet to be released. More than 225 companies participated during the placement session 2024 and presented over 1200 jobs. The highest package secured by the batch 2024 was INR 26 LPA from Flipkart. 

The modes of Integral University course admissions are offline and online. Admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses is based on entrance exam scores and merit. At the postgraduate level, Integral University Lucknow offers MTech in nine specialisation like Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and others, MSc, and various other courses to students. At the undergraduate level, the university offers BTech in eight specialisations like Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, and others, BCA, BSc, and various other courses to students. The Integral University Lucknow also provides various PhD courses to students.
