- The institute's alumni have set up a fund to assist successfully admitted students based on their financial condition. However, it is offered on a pay-it-forward basis
- Students with family income below INR 8 lakh per annum get guaranteed full tuition support. Students, who are above these income criteria, can also apply for the scholarship scheme

The BTech total course fee at International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad will consist of tuition fees, examination fees, security deposit, etc. and ranges between INR 10 Lakhs and INR 22.5 Lakhs depending on the specialisation chosen. Though this fee amount does not take in any extra charges, scholarships or fee concession.
The year-wise fee for PhD is INR 60,000. Additionally, the deemed university provides financial assistance towards the tuition fees and stipend to all research students (PhD) of good standing. Normally, full financial assistance requires the student to put in 20 hours of work per week. Financial assistance is provided to all the students during the first semester, but it is continued based on good academic performance. Additionally, the institute also offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 31,000 and INR 35,000 to the PhD students.
