In order to get admission to a three-year BBA (Hons) course at JIS University, there is minimum eligibility criteria prescribed by the university to select the right candidates. Candidates who pass Class 12 with minimum 50% aggregate may apply for this course. The selection is done based on the scores obtained by candidates in either JIS University Entrance Test (JET), which is conducted by the university itself. The university also accepts scores of UGAT.

Candidates who qualify for UGAT in the first place are no longer needed to appear for JET. They can directly apply for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. JIS University offers a four-year course in BPharm. Admission to this course is completely entrance-based.
