It is not a bad option to choose this university.

Placements: JIS University offers decent placement opportunities for B.Pharma 4th-year students, with collaborations in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and biotechnology sectors. The university provides internship support and a campus placement drive, connecting students with companies like Cipla, Sun Pharma, Macleods, Dr Reddy, Apollo Hospital, Medplus, etc. The placement cell conducts training sessions, including mock interviews and skill development workshops, to enhance employability. Top-tier companies are limited. Many students secure roles in quality control, production, regulatory affairs, marketing, etc. The average salary package ranges from 2.5-4.5 LPA, depending on skills and experience. Higher studies and research opportunities are also encouraged.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in the department are very good. Classrooms are well-furnished. It has a library and canteen. Labs have enough equipment and instruments. All-time Wi-Fi support is available on campus and many other things are provided by the university. The hostel is okay but not so good. We can get all facilities like all-time Wi-Fi, water cooler, etc. There is not so good food quality. It does not have any playground. Labs are very good.

Faculty: I would rate it 5 stars because of the faculty members, the pattern of teaching, and exams. It makes a well-planned study environment with enough technical gadgets which helps for better learning. Faculty members are very helpful and supportive.

Other: I wanted to go into the medical field but unfortunately, I could not crack the NEET exam, so I decided to go for a similar type of course, and then I chose this course. I can say that choosing this institute is not a bad option for me. I got a chance to enroll in this institute for this stream through the WBJEE exam. The campus is not so large but it is good. The whole university is in one building and the best part of this institute is the fest. Every year fests are organised by students and the authority helps us. Many extracurricular activities are also conducted by the authority.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The campus is really nice, and the transport system is great. Of the students who graduate, about half are placed in internships or employment, with starting salaries between 3 and 6 lakh per annum. Cipla is the top recruiting company.

Infrastructure: Our college provides free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned classrooms and library, and well-maintained labs. The teachers were very supportive, and the students and teachers interacted very well. The canteen served great food at reasonable prices, and my coworkers were very hardworking.

Faculty: The teaching quality is average, but the semester exams are very tough, with a pass percentage of only 60%. The pharmacy course provides a great deal of knowledge about medicines, their application in the human body, and the process of formulating and marketing them. After completing the course, students are awarded a license to operate a pharmacy.

Other: I chose a pharmacy course because of the medical field and I have an interest in medicine.

My experience about my college.

Placements: Our course is very nice. Every year, all the students are placed in multinational and domestic companies. The internship program is organized every year. The recruiting companies are Tornado, Sun Pharma, MacLeod, etc. The highest CTC is INR 7 LPA, and the lowest is INR 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: The facilities in our college are very good, like the unlimited Wi-Fi, the well-equipped labs, the fully decorated classrooms and the digital central and departmental libraries. The canteen food is like homemade food; the quality is good. Sports are organized every year.

Faculty: The professor at this university is very honest and intelligent, too. They come from IITs and Niper, and the teaching quality is good. The industry relationship with our college is very good for getting a job. The semester is tough as per the curriculum. But study is necessary for all.

Other: I am choosing this course because I know about medicine and drugs.

Placements: Around 85% of placements were provided in the previous year. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA and the lowest salary package is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Dabur, Wipro, Zydus, and Medopharm. Around 50% of interested students got internships. Top roles offered are marketing manager, sales manager, analyst, production manager, and pharmacovigilance officer.

Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi is provided on all the floors. There are special instruments, lab chemicals, and necessary things in labs for study purposes. There are double-seater benches for seating arrangements. Sports category is one of the extra curriculum activities in our college. Food is available in the canteen at any time.

Faculty: Our college arranges classes in different ways such as virtual, boards, labs, seminars, skill x, and many more to provide good education and knowledge to students. Semester exams are a bit tough but with the help of the teachers, students get good marks.

Overall JIS University is the best college for me.

Placements: 85% were placed in our course. The highest package is INR 35k, the lowest package is INR 15k and the average is INR 20k. Top recruiting companies are Cipla, Sun Pharma and many others. Every student got internship or industrial training in the industries in West Bengal as well as many other cities .

Infrastructure: We have individual labs for each subject, WIFI is available in college campus and we have a departmental library where we can get every book for the pharmacy course. Hostel has good facilities, food quality is average, Wi-Fi is available and hostel bus is provided. Environment of the college is good .

Faculty: Faculties are too good. They give us the best knowledge, they are very friendly and help us whenever we need help. Semester is difficult but if we study properly and follow the instructions of the faculty it is too easy. The faculty gives so many suggestions, if we followed their instructions properly, one can score good in exams .

Other: I chose pharmacy because I have an interest in medicine. We come to know how it works on our body, how its prepared and a lot of things. Everything is okay. Our campus organises many fest , cultural event, blood donation camp, poster making competition, skill X, etc. where we show our models and products .
