Good academic environment with supportive faculty and scope for research.
Placements: Almost 70-80 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 6 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA. The lowest package is about 3 LPA. Macleods and Wipro are the biggest recruiters. Almost 50-60 percent of students get internships, mostly in Macleods, Torrent, Microlabs companies, etc. Top offered roles are production officer, QC and QA officer, research executive, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus is fully Wi-Fi available. Labs are in good condition. The classrooms have a smart board and are air-conditioned. A departmental library is also present. I'm not a hosteler but the accommodation and food are delicious, I got to know from my friends. The canteen provides good, fresh food. It also has good medical facilities and a sports ground.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, very friendly, and highly qualified. They are very generous also. Pharmaceutics department is very popular among industries mostly for R&D and production QC QA. The exams are pretty difficult. 50 percent marks are required to pass.
Other: I was very passionate about the pharmacy field and after completing B.Pharma. I was determined to complete a Master's. The course is very much relevant for industrial purposes. I think the placement cell should be much better. All the other things are very well and enjoyable.

Review of the college experience.
Placements: Placements are good, but students prefer to go off-campus for placements more than on-campus. Many students have got jobs at companies like Accenture, etc. Many students get internships through the hard work they put into their self-studies and based on their interests in the fields they want to pursue. Students get jobs on the basis of their skills.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Labs we use and the machines we work on, like computers and electronics equipment, are in good working condition. However, according to hostel reviews from students, the maintenance is not good. If it is maintained properly with a routine, it can be perfect.
Faculty: Teachers here are qualified. They help students with their respective courses. Especially in our department, teachers are helpful and good at explaining. The course curriculum is very good and engaging. However, the administration is not good compared to the teaching facilities. The semester exams are quite difficult, but in a good way, as they prepare us for the industry.
Other: The fests and extracurricular programs in our college are well-organized and very enjoyable. The campus is good, but I would not say it is great. Honestly, the campus should not be the main factor. Education should be the priority.

Review of JIS University.
Placements: Every stream is there. The highest package is 24 LPA, and the lowest is around or above 5 LPA. Top recruiters are Amazon, TCS, Cabgimini, etc. There are many companies to get an internship, not just one. There are many chances to take this course. If you want to take a high-level job, then you can take this course.
Infrastructure: There are particular classrooms for each section and department, and Wi-Fi is also available. A library is also available. If you want to read a book, then go to the library and sit silently. 2 time the price and twice the tiffin is available there. In the morning, they give tiffin, and also in the evening.
Faculty: Teachers are good at qualifications and they reach us very well. This is a very relevant course. If you go to any industry or IT sector, then you can choose. If you read carefully, there is no difficulty. If you fail the exam, then you have a chance to retake the exam.
Other: I chose this course because it perfectly matches my interests and future career aspirations. The curriculum is well-structured, offering a good balance between theoretical learning and practical exposure. The teaching methodology, with regular assignments, projects, and lab sessions, helps us gain both knowledge and hands-on experience. The faculty members are supportive, approachable, and encourage us to participate in discussions, which makes learning more engaging. One of the best things about my course is the industry-oriented approach. We often get exposure through workshops, guest lectures, and internships that bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications. The availability of resources like a well-equipped library, modern labs, and online study material makes learning more effective. However, I feel there are areas where the course could improve. The inclusion of more advanced technologies and updated modules in the syllabus would help us stay aligned with current industry trends. More opportunities for live projects and collaborations with companies could also make the course stronger. The college campus itself has a vibrant atmosphere. Events and fests are conducted regularly, giving us a break from academics and a chance to showcase our talents. The crowd here is diverse, friendly, and creates a collaborative environment. Connectivity to the campus is convenient, and the surrounding area has good facilities for students. The college also provides scholarships for meritorious students, which is a great motivation. Extracurricular activities such as sports, cultural programs, and clubs help in overall personality development. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I would recommend this college to students looking for a balanced environment of academics, activities, and opportunities.

They provide quality food to students. Games and sports programme is conducted every year where many students participate. In our campus, many tournaments take place.
Faculty: The faculty of our university is so friendly and kind-hearted. They are well qualified and have in-depth knowledge. Placement is good all year, really good infrastructure and facilities, and very affordable.
Placements: 70 percent of the students got placement in a different school. Schools like Saint Xavier and Central Model School pay around Rs. 50,000 while the government school pays approximately Rs. 10,000. An internship of 4 months is mandatory for every student in the class. Schools are chosen by the university and students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. The library has access to books. Whether it is a syllabus book or a CTET book they have all. The food in the canteen is also very good and affordable. Classes are also well structured and neat and clean. But the hostel is a little costly.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and understanding. They are very cooperative with students. They understand our concern and are very polite and sweet. Curriculum is relevant to the pedagogical paper. The semester exam is not so tough but you have to study for it.
Other: The campus is good and pretty good. It gives you a very enthusiastic environment.

A good university in Kolkata.
Placements: Placements are decent for roles. A larger number of students get placed, but more companies should visit campus for other roles too. The highest package is 7 LPA. The lowest package is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are EY India, TCS, etc. Almost every student got internships. The top roles offered are system engineers and business development partners.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. It happens to look like they are extending the campus, so we may see new things soon. Hostels are decent too. The infrastructure contains a small auditorium-like room on every floor and a wonderful lab with facilities. The canteen is also clean.
Faculty: Faculty members are decent enough to complete 80-85 percent of the syllabus and guide students. Semesters are sometimes shorter, but they try to cover every topic in the curriculum. Semester exams are on a decent level, so most people pass with decent grades. The course curriculum is relevant. Teachers are helpful with exam preparation and guiding students.
