It is a well known college of Mysore with good and knowledgeable faculty members.
Placements: Around 86 students get placed in our course. The salary offered is Rs.20,000 to Rs.50,000 per month. JSS Hospital, Manipal Hospital, etc., offer placements in our college. Roles offered are nutritionist, dietician, and academician.
Infrastructure: Our college has good labs and a library. Wi-Fi is available on campus. Hospital is near the campus. It is a clean campus that has 2 different labs and a Ph.D. room for research scholars.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. They guide students in every step. The course curriculum makes students ready for industry. Our course includes nutritional biochem, nanotechnology
dietetics, etc., subjects that help in our future endeavors. The pass percentage is 80% to 90%. Semester exams are not difficult to pass.
Other: I chose this course because nowadays people became health conscious and food is considered as a medicine. Our college conducts many fests and activities. Our college organises 3 outreach programs, extension activities, nutrition-related programs, and seminars and conferences related to nutrition.

Good worthy for our course, if you are interested join you will have a wonderful time.
Placements: All 62 members got good placements out of 95 members and the remaining 33 members chose to do their masters in our college itself, the highest starting package 18 thousand, the lowest 10 thousand, average 14-16 thousand. Top recruiters healthify me, Nestle, Narayana hospitals, amul etc.
Internship we had it online due to covid.
Nutritionist, Dietician, sports Nutritionist etc. are the top roles offered in this course
.
Infrastructure: The teachers are very friendly, they let us use the labs any time we want to practice. Our college has a seperate building just for this course so it's very spacious, free Wi-Fi, big labs, plenty of classrooms.
And you have a good library also. Sports we have access to go to any jss in Mysore and play with them. Food is available in every hostel .
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and very qualified.
Teaching quality is good. This course is curriculum is relevant. It does make the student industry ready. It's not that difficult to pass or score good in semesters exams you just have to work hard. The pass percentage is 35%.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in food related stream. We have seperate building just for our course that's the best thing about our course. It would be better if they focus more on food Science rather that nutrition and dietetics. Events, fests, campus crowd, etc. are plenty we have access to go to any jss colleges in Mysore that's the best part.
