Reality of Kalinga University.
Placements: About 90% of students got admission in this B.Com course at Kalinga University, indicating a high chance of admission. The lowest package may be 2 lakhs per annum and the highest package may be 8 lakhs per annum.
Top recruiting companies include HDFC Bank, Mahindra, ICICI Bank, Vedanta, and many more.
Infrastructure: Kalinga University boasts modern and unique infrastructure surrounded by greenery, providing a beautiful environment with free Wi-Fi internet, modern labs, AC classrooms, and what I think is the biggest library. Separate hostels are available for both girls and boys, along with mess and canteen facilities.
Faculty: The faculty is well-educated and well-qualified. They are very friendly and cooperative, also organizing various industrial visits to provide real knowledge of ground work. The semester exams are straightforward; each semester sees changes in all subjects, with each subject containing only five units.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in banking and financial services, and only Kalinga University offers this unique course.

Satisfied in some points, faculty members are average and they provide average placements too.
Placements: Actually here we are having TNP department for placement. Average package offered last year was around 3.5 lpa for our course. Talking about internships they are not providing us. I had tried my best to get from them but they are not responding well. They should do something for this.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are clean and tidy. Wi-Fi is not working well actually net connection is very slow. Library is quiet good and there are lot of books and we can issue it for few days also. I cannot tell about canteen because I was not interested in canteen and college's infrastructure is wonderful.
Faculty: Coming to teachers, they are helpful but few teachers don't know English well and they are mispronouncing everything. Few teachers are giving their best and they are teaching very well but few are not up to the mark. This course curriculum is relevant and I'm studying online now and can't tell that they are doing well to make students industry ready.
Other: I chosen this course because I wanted to get into business field. They are providing scholarships for merit students that's why I took admission in this.

Review of Kalinga University.
Placements: In between the graduation period or after that, students get a chance to grab the opportunity provided by the university. Companies visit here and conduct the interview for students who are interested in placements. Students got selected on the basis of their honest interviews. At least 65% of marks is enough to attend interviews.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure available here include hostel facilities for students, green land, canteen, food, mess, gymnasium, Wi-Fi on the entire campus, ATM, mini market, student hangout areas, sports complex, re-creation halls with indoor games and music and recreation activities. Our university has more than 75 laboratories and workshops. They all are well-equipped with the latest and state of the art apparatus and tools. Special emphasis is given to the development of communication skills of students through the language lab. More than 1,200 computers are available for the use of the students.
Faculty: The faculty members of our college also serve as mentors for students. Under the aegis of the student mentorship programme, faculty members associate with students to create a close-knit community. Through frequent meetings and interactions, a vibrant learning environment is created on the campus. The difficulty level of semester exams/yearly exams depends on students studying here and their knowledge. Students should have atleast 40%-50% of marks to pass exams.
Other: I am a student of B.Com (Hons) with an E-commerce specialisation. I've chosen this course as I have an interest in it as we all know how digitally our world is changing with time. One thing that I want to add to B.Com (Hons) is that things should be taught with more practical skills or experience. On the campus, the security of the students and hygiene at the mess have been important aspects. There is an internet facility for 24 hours in every room of the hostel with a high broadband speed.

Kalinga University and its infrastructure, teachers and placement.
Placements: Kalinga University is not so good in offering jobs and placements and every year 20 to 25 companies comes to the campus with internships and lower level job profiles and average package goes up to 200000 rupees per annum and the highest package of the university is 10 Lacs rupees per annum and sometimes some companies comes with a good job profile for the students.
Infrastructure: Kalinga University has a great infrastructure to attract students. And full campus of the University has Wi-Fi connectivity. Mess and food quality of the hostel have improved from since I have joined and hostel rooms are good. In the new boys hostel they offer gym for the students.
Faculty: Senior faculty members of the department are knowledgeable in their field but they don't teach every class and most of the classes are taken by the newly joined teachers and they have not much knowledge for the students and they continuously read and teach classroom that makes them better but course does not provide sufficient knowledge for beating requirements of higher job profiles or good job profile.

The college offers the best infrastructure and a variety of courses.
Placements: Around 40-50% of the students from our course were placed. In the previous year's, the highest salary package of about 3.5 LPA and the lowest salary package of about 1.8 LPA and the average salary package of 2.4 LPA were offered to the students of our course. Infosys, Genpact, Shriram Finance Ltd, etc., visit our college for placements.
Infrastructure: Our university has the best infrastructure compared to all private universities in the state. There are fully equipped labs, libraries and Wi-Fi facility throughout the campus, which helps the students immensely. The hostel facility is also available to the students, and they are divided into girls hostel, international students hostel and boys hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, knowledgeable and experienced. Some teachers are good, but some are not much good. The course curriculum is relevant, and the full course gets a few updates every year, which makes it industry-relevant and helpful for future prospects.
Other: The college organises around 1 to 2 events, workshops or activity session every week. Students visit the college during these events from all over India and outside India.

Infrastructure and facilities are the best.
Placements: I am in 3rd year, so no one is placed yet, but our seniors got placed in many companies. I don't have any idea about the salary offered to them, but reputed companies visit our campus for placements. Companies hire you based on your skills and knowledge and offered you a salary based on your effectiveness.
Infrastructure: Students can check the website of Kalinga before taking admission. The infrastructure of our college is amazing and look as it is shown on our website. The campus is well-facilitated with the Wi-Fi. The library with updated books. The hostel and the quality of the food provided are quite good. The canteen is well-built, and the served food is tasty. Various sports are played.
Faculty: Teachers in our department are the best. Teaching quality is amazing. They are very humble towards us and provide us with good notes and marking given by them is based on our efforts. They also provide soft skills and also help us in personality development. You should do this course.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to grow in this field. The best about my course is that in this you learn about banking as well as business. Everything is best in my course. The college organises various events. The college surrounding is good, and the campus crowd is huge. Scholarships are provided to students who scored a good percentage in their academics.

It has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: About 50-60% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 5-6 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3-4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1-2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Jio, Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki and Kalinga visited the campus for placements. Top roles offered are HR, manager, etc. The highest salary package offered in our course was 5-6 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3-4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1-2 LPA. About 40% of students are doing an internship, and others are not interested in doing jobs, and some want to continue the family business.
Infrastructure: In B.Com banking and finance, we have IT labs. Facilities like speed Wi-Fi, library, and well infrastructure and facilities in the classroom. Quality of food served in the canteen is good. Medical rooms and sport room are available. Many types of sports and the best coach and court for playing like a basketball court and football ground are provided.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. They are caring and have a good nature. Teachers teach us by their experience, and this is the best quality of our teachers. They complete the syllabus on time.
Other: In the commerce department, we have many types of job and own business opportunities, so I have chosen this course. Everything is the best. Kalinga University conducts many types of event and fest on our campus. Every student of the university is connected by the heart. Many students got scholarships also.

Experience of college lyf.
Placements: Didn't get any placement from college because of covid but as I know no companies come for placement in our batch college have activities to attend and enhance us but placement need to come more. They give us all training like development resume making and all.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure and comfortable classrooms, faculty members are also helpful and good in teaching and the attendance rules are strict they take feels to under 75% labs are so good the rules are strict and the canteen was good canteen and campus was good.
Faculty: Kalinga have good teachers, they help us alot good in teaching and friendly and strict both they know how to deal with teeenagers and have great experience of teaching and I get great experience of learning they help us alot love there teaching good.
Other: Average college I think the hype is more then the work.
