Review of KIIT College. Faculty members are great, events are spectacular, & college life is great.
Placements: About 80–90% of students get placed. The highest package is around 51 LPA, and the lowest package is around 3–4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, and Capgemini. Around 70–80% of students secure internships at companies such as TCS and Deloitte. The roles offered include Technical, Marketing, Data Analysis, and Software.
Infrastructure: All types of infrastructure are available, including Wi-Fi, subject-specific labs, and a big library with all kinds of books. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and comfortable. I do not stay in the hostel, but according to my hostel friends, the hostels are fully air-conditioned if you opt for AC rooms. The food is great. Various cafés and restaurants are also available on campus. All types of medical facilities are available, as KIIT also has a medical college. For sports, world-class facilities are available. It includes a giant cricket stadium, football field, swimming pool, and basketball courts.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and most of them have a Ph.D. The quality of teaching is friendly and easy to understand. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are moderate to difficult, but if you study well, you can pass easily. The pass percentage is around 80–90%.
Other: I chose this course because I am very interested in Computer Science. This college provides great scope and great placements. I wish the course focused more on real-world implementation and execution. Various fests and events are conducted, and renowned artists are invited to perform. The campus has great connectivity. Various scholarship programs are also available. Extracurricular activities like dance, music, and flash mobs are common. Along with many sports competitions, bodybuilding events, and other activities.

Slightly dissatisfied with the fees, as a huge amount of money is charged.
Placements: Basically, there is a batch of 250 students every year. After completing the 4.5-year course period, you must do an internship of one year, in which you receive Rs. 35,000 per month as a stipend. During the internship period, you have to work a minimum of 12 hours per day. This could be increased up to 36 hours per day according to departmental postings.
Infrastructure: There are separate hostels for boys and girls, available in 2, 3, and one-seater rooms as well. AC and non-AC rooms are also available in the hostel. They were provided with one bed for each student, one table, one wardrobe, and an induction (might be provided or might not be). Wi-Fi is available, and a 24-hour library is also available. Classrooms are well-designed and clean.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and hold specialized degrees. The teaching quality is excellent. Semester exams are moderate to hard. The minimum pass percentage is 33%. The course curriculum is absolutely relevant and makes students industry-ready.

Good infrastructure, but poor Wi-Fi and network quality in the hostel.
Placements: Last year, the highest salary package offered was 5.3 LPA, and it was fairly okay, but the ROI is not so good. The year before last, the largest package was 67 LPA, which was offered both times by the same company situated in Japan, which takes students who are good at database and PostgreSQL.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi issues are inherently present, even if new hostels are built, network issues are present, and there is a very low mobile network. The infrastructure, in terms of buildings, is good, and new buildings are being added. A new infotower is being built for various companies to use and for students to get exposure.
Faculty: Teachers and facilities are good, but their accents are slightly different, which can sometimes be difficult to understand. Teachers are knowledgeable and very friendly. Semester exams are fairly good, with 80% GATE-related questions. We have some gaps between the exams.

Good campus life with strong facilities and placements.
Placements: The placements in my course are good, and many students have got placements in reputable firms. The university offers proper training and guidance for students. Many companies from the IT sector and others come to our campus to select their candidates. Various positions, such as software developers, analysts, and trainee engineers, are provided to the students.
Infrastructure: KIIT has excellent facilities, including clean classrooms, Wi-Fi, laboratories, a library, and all the other amenities that students require. The hostel facility at KIIT is also quite impressive, along with good food, health care services, and a sports ground for students.
Faculty: Faculty staff members are cooperative, skilled, and knowledgeable. There is a satisfactory standard of teaching, and the content of the syllabus is appropriate for the course and beneficial for future industry work. Examinations conducted during the semester are reasonable, and students will pass without much effort.

Overpriced but not so bad.
Placements: Both top recruiting and mass recruiting companies visit the campus to select students. Top recruiters include FANG companies, Microsoft, JPMorgan, and Morgan Stanley. Mass recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Delta, and others. There is a high chance of placement with good average packages.
Infrastructure: The campus and hostels are well-maintained. Wi-Fi is available across the entire campus. Each branch has a separate campus. Labs are well-maintained. Classrooms are also well-maintained and equipped with AC.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and highly educated, including graduates from foreign universities. The exams and curriculum are neither too easy nor too difficult. Sometimes a few questions come from outside the syllabus, but if students attempt them, they are getting full marks.
Other: There are separate campuses for every department, so there is no chance of ragging.

Placements: Around 70-75% of students got placed. The highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest is 2.5 LPA, and average is 4 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys. About 80% of students got internships in companies like TCS, Capgemini, and startups. Top roles offered are software developer, web developer, data analyst, and system engineer.
Infrastructure: MCA department has well-equipped computer labs, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and a digital library with good study material. Hostel facilities are decent with 24X7 security, clean rooms, and basic furniture. Mess food is average, but canteen has more variety. Medical facilities are available on campus with a health center. Sports ground is good and indoor games are also available.
Faculty: Most teachers are helpful, qualified, and have good knowledge of the subject. Teaching quality is decent, and doubts are cleared properly. MCA curriculum is relevant and includes programming, live projects, and practicals that help students become industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult. If you attend classes and study regularly, you can easily pass. Pass percentage is around 90%.
Other: I chose MCA to build a strong career in software and IT. The best part of the course is the practical exposure, coding sessions, and project work. Improvements can be made on campus placements and industry tie-ups. Campus is active with many fests and tech events. Students come from different states, creating a diverse crowd. Connectivity is good, and the campus is clean and green. Scholarships are available based on merit. Extracurricular activities like coding competitions, sports, and cultural events are also conducted.
