KIIT BTech seats are based on merit. The seat allotment process completely depends upon the performance of a student in KIITEE. The seats are divided into various specialisation and categories. The KIIT BTech seat reservations are divided in three categories:
- Scheduled Caste –15%
- Scheduled Tribe – 7.5%
- Physically Challenged – 3%
However, 30% seats in each category are reserved for women, only applying to BTech course.
