Excellent experience with KIIT School of Rural Management.
Placements: 100 percent of students got placed. Recruiting companies are AKRSP, Pradan, APCNF, Wassan, Seva Mandir, and Annapurna Finance. Average package offered ranges from 6 LPA to 10 LPA. 100 percent of students got internships in organisations like AKRSP, APCNF, Wassan, and BAIF.
Infrastructure: 24/7 Wi-Fi facility. The quality of food provided in the mess is good. The canteen is also available. An AC facility is available in classrooms, hostels, and the library. 24/7 medical facilities are available. Sports events are also organised. Different types of books are available in the library.
Faculty: Well-qualified teachers with Practical experience in different core areas. The course curriculum is designed with relevance to the course and with practical knowledge, with 3 internships provided. 100 percent is the pass percentage. Semester exams can be attempted from regular class knowledge and can write in their own words.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the development sector. I have chosen the Rural Management course. Here we can learn practical experience from 3 internships provided by the college. Events organised like KIIT fest, freshers, and farewell.

Satisfied with the excellent faculty and their mentoring of us for our future growth.
Placements: 99 percent of students are getting placement, the top companies are ITC, Pradhan, Amul, etc. We are coming for recruitment. Mostly, we are getting roles like project manager, Project coordinator, and field assistant roles. 100 percent of students are getting 3 internships from our college, like Jeevika, Jindal, and Techno Serve.
Infrastructure: We have good infrastructure facilities like smart classrooms, a library, a seminar hall, and an auditorium. We have good quality facilities. We have better mess, and in any emergencies, immediate action is taken by the hostel warden.
Faculty: Our faculty is made up of more experienced people, and they teach us with real-life examples, and we also have practical experiences. These are relevant to our curriculum. It's not as difficult if we attend classes, we can get a better score. A maximum of 75 to 80 percent are getting a score.
Other: I chose this course because I want to explore the development sectors. There is no need to improve, they are providing better activities. We have different club and committee activities every month.

KIIT is a waste of money, prefer other colleges.
Placements: Just shows 100% placement, but reality is something else. A huge no of students are admitted and only a few percent get good placement. They just show that they have good companies, but this is not the reality. Placement is completely rubbish, especially CSE branch, rather prefer other branches, as they are giving good placement.
Infrastructure: Everything is nice. Wi-Fi problem in new CSE campus. Very poor Wi-Fi in new campus. Very difficult to find classes. Located in a village, so transport problems and many other problems. No company comes here for placement, and they show all false data. Hence, it's better to avoid this college and prefer other colleges.
Faculty: Decent faculty. Odia students are given preference. They even get good marks, and sometimes teachers start teaching in Odia, and also want us to learn Odia to study. Please don't come to this college. Teachers don't give us right information. Some of them are good, but mostly are very bad. Even the higher authorities are also bad. They are all rubbish. Some teachers are good.
Other: Every day, something or other events are organised. A huge no of societies and clubs are there.

Good infrastructure, teachers, surroundings, opportunity, and facilities.
Placements: There is 100 percent placement. It might sound like a promotion, but KSRM made it real. Top recruiters offering internships are ITC, Jeevika, BAIF, Gram Vikas, and Pradan. The average package is 6 LPA. Roles offered are Project Manager, Thematic Expert, Project Coordinator, and Programme Associate.
Infrastructure: The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled, with smart classes, a seminar hall, an auditorium, and a library, which is open throughout the week. The hostel is well-maintained with basic amenities and security. Mess is of good quality and has a variety of food options. The canteen offers additional options that are inside the campus. 24/7 medical support, sports, games, and activities include gym, swimming, indoor sports, badminton, cricket, and basketball.
Faculty: The faculty is the Alumni of top universities like IRMA, IIT, XIMB, OUAT, and G.B. Pant University with more than 20 years of experience. This course curriculum adds value not only to your professional life but also to your personal life. Support of teachers is not only in class but also out of the class during internship and with career guidance.
Other: Experiential learning makes the course more interesting and engaging. As our university gives us the opportunity to go for three internships, it makes us industry-ready. Fests, tournaments, guest talks, and events make the college life more interesting.

Strong learning impact.
Placements: The batch recorded 100 percent placements with packages from 5 LPA to 8 LPA. All students completed internships with Kalamandir, Access, Pradan, Pragatti, AKRSP, Seva Mandir, BAIF, and took up roles like Team Coordinator, Thematic Expert, and Project Manager.
Infrastructure: Life at KSRM features Wi-Fi classrooms and a rich library for smooth learning, safe and pleasant hostels with decent and hygienic food available in the mess and canteen, plus medical care, sports, and yoga facilities for a healthy, balanced campus life.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly, supportive, and highly experienced, making complex topics easy to understand. The curriculum is practical and aligned with real-world needs. With consistent effort, exams feel fair and achievable, and the majority of students clear them smoothly.
Other: I chose this course for its strong field exposure and practical learning. The best part is real-world engagement. More industry tie-ups could help. Campus life is lively with events, good connectivity, and active extracurricular activities.

The college is crowded with minimal management. They only want money.
Placements: The placement rate is 100%, but in mass recruiters, the highest package is 32 LPA and the lowest is 1.4 LPA, with an average of around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Accenture and Providence. Only about 10-15 students have secured internships so far. I am in my third year, and till now, I don't think more than two companies have visited. Companies come and hire for roles such as SDE, analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are well-equipped. Hostels are good, but the food is very bad. The Wi-Fi never works properly, and it's always very messy around. Bathrooms are never clean, although if you tell the warden, they do something about it. There is alcohol and weed all around.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, but they deduct a lot of marks. They always focus on attendance and provide marks based on that only. The semester exams are of medium difficulty, but because of the competition, you need to maintain a 9+ CGPA, or you will never be shortlisted by any company.
Other: The best thing here is the infrastructure. The management isn't good, and they need to work on the quality of education. Fests aren't that good, it's too crowded.
