Go for better colleges. You can't travel to this college on a daily basis.
Placements: Placements were good until 2012 when the college was under MDU. But after 2012, placement rates have declined drastically. Placement opportunities are offered only for the students of the CS and IT departments. When I was in my final year, Infosys hired the highest number of students from our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. There are 4 blocks available here. The campus looks really good. However, since the college is located in a very remote area and surrounded by farms and villages, one has to face ordeal experience to reach the campus. The college provides free Wi-Fi facility, but the Wi-Fi speed is not that good. A big football ground, basketball court, and badminton courts are also available here. The food offered in the canteen is good, but it's a bit costly. The hostel available here is okay.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are not experienced at all. The only advantage is they have completed their M.Tech courses from IITs. Very few teachers are experienced. Our teachers just focus on earning money. No one is serious towards the future of the students. They don't care about anything, and everyone is trying to please their department heads.

The college is average with lack of faculty members.
Placements: Not many companies visited our college to hire students from the civil department. Engineering students attend the interviews of IT companies that are visiting our college. For civil students, companies like the Indian Navy and Indian Army visit the college to offer placements. There is a placement cell with teachers who are not aware of their duties as they have a lack of knowledge regarding their work.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. Labs and other classrooms are clean, and the instruments in the labs are functional. Quality of the food served in the canteen is good, but we cannot compare it with the best quality food as the localities add too many spices. Hostel rooms are pretty good, but the food served in the mess is pathetic. The only issue I faced during my tenure is the air-conditioning system in the classrooms and library.
Faculty: During my tenure, teachers in our college are very helpful and well-qualified in their subjects. They used to conduct projector classes with PPTs for difficult topics, which is quite helpful for students. We used to get industrial exposure after every 4 to 6 months of the semester. Faculty to student ratio was 1:10.

The college is average, and it is good to pursue the degree.
Placements: Placements are not that good. Only students with high grades will get placed, and the salary package offered is 1.5 to 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college only provides basic facilities. The facilities provided by this college are not worthy of its fees. The college doesn't even provide any Wi-Fi facility. The Wi-Fi facility is provided only in the hostel. The labs are not fully equipped. Classrooms are not equipped with AC. The classrooms only have fans. The canteen is good, and the food provided in the canteen is good and affordable.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members in the civil engineering department are friendly. They'll try to help you in any manner. Most of the faculty members have completed their B.Tech, M.Tech. Only HODs and senior faculty members have completed their PhDs. The college is good for the students who can study on their own and the students who want to prepare for the exams like IAS, IPS, GATE etc.
Other: The college organises a feat named ZEST. The college also invites singers, every year. Most of the students are from the villages nearby.

Bad infrastructure and lousy placements from college side.
Placements: The placements are neither too good nor extremely bad. Only two people got selected among 50 students. One thing we should keep in mind is that placements are not too bad and additionally have many off-campus drives. I don't blame the college because the student performance needs to be improved.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is below average, and maintenance is also not proper. Sometimes, though we keep complaining about fans, they do not get fixed. A/C classrooms are only for the first-year students.
Faculty: The faculty members are kind, supportive, experienced. All of them will be on time and take lectures. The faculty missing the lectures is a rarity. The faculty and student ratio is 1:20. Appointing good teachers is the only best thing that the college does.

Other: Lingayas University is a great college. The college’s infrastructure is good and the placements provided by the campus is up to the mark. The facilities provided by the college is also good and the annual fest conducted by the college is awesome. The music department of the college is really very good and the faculty is highly experienced.

Other: It’s not good for people of Andhra Pradesh. And it’s a college small in area, with lots of internal dealings and politics. It’s good for its excellence in other activities. My biggest motivation was the fees. After joining, they will mug you or they will strain you about the fees, they will stop your education if you do not pay the next term fee in advance. Worst situation I have ever seen in any college.

Other: Lingayas University is a deemed to be university. There were around 600 students in the batch I studied. Very huge campus and Lingayas School was also there. The university provides all types of BTech and MTech. I did in CS and it was very good. The faculty was good enough. I was always got more than 9.0 CGPA. The institute was professional so there were many rules to follow. Lots of students were disqualified for this. The tests are regular and good enough. There is a lot of practical training.

A strong launchpad for teaching careers with vibrant campus life and room for growth.
Placements: 92% of eligible students got placed with the highest CTC of 48 LPA and a minimum of 6 LPA, with an average of 18.5 LPA, in various companies like Flipkart, Adobe, and Amazon. About 85% of students got internships in various companies from the campus. The top roles offered are SDE, data scientist, etc.
Infrastructure: Academic infrastructure includes smart classrooms equipped with modern facilities. Labs are updated with modern systems and required software. Campus-wide Wi-Fi access, including hostels and academic buildings, 24/7 computer labs are available in some institutes, especially for coding and project work. Hostels are cleaned regularly, and the mess food has a fixed menu with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and multiple canteens are available on campus.
Faculty: Most faculty are approachable during office hours and respond to emails, especially for academic doubts or research collaboration. Semester exams typically test understanding of concepts, problem-solving skills, and practical application. Generally, the pass percentage is high (85–95%) if students attend classes and prepare regularly.
Other: I chose computer science because it combines logical thinking, creativity, and innovation. Technology is shaping the world, and I wanted to be part of that change. There's a strong culture of innovation, especially among peers. While some areas like curriculum and hands-on exposure could improve, the opportunities both academically and career-wise are excellent. The campus life is vibrant with events, clubs, and activities, and the crowd is diverse and driven.
