Maharshi Dayanand University.

Placements: The placement rate of Maharshi Dayanand University is good, with 75 students getting placements out of 100. The highest package offered for students is 10 Lacs per annum. Almost 95 percent of students got internships from my course, i.e., from Integrated MBA.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in the university are very good, as there is Wi-Fi in the labs and library. The labs are fully air-conditioned. The hostel facilities are also good, and the mess food is great, almost like homemade food, and also delicious in taste.

Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified, as they all have Bachelor's and Master's degrees, and most of them also hold Ph.D. degrees. The course in this university is good for placements and also makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are not too hard, and the pass percentage is the same as in other universities and colleges, i.e., 40 percent.

Maharishi Dayanand University - worth attending.

Placements: I'm a student at Maharishi Dayanand University, and I'm really happy with the opportunities that I've had here. My course has 300-400 students enrolled each year, and 65% of them get placed. The average package is 4-6 LPA with the highest being 8 LPA. Tier 1 companies come to the university every year and recruit 20-30 students from each batch. The most common roles are sales manager and finance manager.

Infrastructure: MDU stands out from all other universities when it comes to hygiene and greenery. The overall infrastructure is good, and the classrooms, libraries, and Wi-Fi are too good. MDU has a huge sports complex where sports meets are organized every year. The Vivek Ananda Library at MDU has a wide selection of e-books and magazines, and a huge reading hall with a seating capacity of 2500 to 3000. From a library perspective, it is an A++ university.

Faculty: The course curriculum combines theory and practice, which helps us understand the concepts and then apply them. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty, and the passing percentage is 50%. The faculty is very supportive and always works with the students to improve their understanding of the subjects. They also organize an industrial visit every year to give us more exposure to the field.

Other: I chose to pursue an MBA at MDU because I wanted to develop a versatile personality. I participated in various events and cultural fests, which helped me become a good adapter. However, I wish the university had done more to make students aware of the inter-college internship program.

Maharshi Dayanand University Tier 3.

Placements: There are approximately 120 students in my batch. Each one of them pays Rs. 55,000 plus fee every year, but only 20% of them get placed, and that too at low packages. Around 80% of these 20% students get placed in the sales sector. The top recruiting firms are local firms. If I talk about internships, genuinely, I am in the fourth year MBA 1st year, and it has been 4 years here, but I have not even heard from anyone that they got an internship from campus. The highest package is 8 LPA, the average is 3 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA.

Infrastructure: Well, I must say that the infrastructure is good, with well-managed buildings, classrooms, Wi-Fi, and labs. It consists of Vivekananda Library, which is like a small world of books. Hostels are well managed and facilities are good. The quality of food is not so good, I can say it is good in girls' hostel, but as of now, I hear from my classmates that it is not so good in boys' hostel. It has a huge sports complex, and the medical facilities are also very good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very well-organized, systematic, and good. The curriculum is full of theories, there are no real-time case studies or projects. Such a kind of curriculum cannot make students industry-ready. The semester exams are not very difficult at this university, and the pass percentage is 33%.

Other: I chose this course to get practical exposure to how this works in reality. The only thing I like about this university is the student campaigns, organized by students themselves. I wish the placement cell works on getting more students placed in reputed firms at better positions and packages, and students should get at least one internship chance from campus. Events are very good, fests are held at regular intervals, the crowd is good, and the surroundings are the best.

Infrastructure: MDU provides a good learning environment with adequate facilities and infrastructure. The university is a good source with a decent collection of books and journals. Wi-Fi availability is consistent. Hostel qualities vary. Some are good while some are suffering.

Dear Lovish, In Integrated BBA-MBA, you are not allowed to exit after BBA. Had it been Dual BBA-MBA, then this would have been possible. Most of the universities like LPU, follow this only as in Integrated one year gets reduced and degree gets finished in 4 years, whereas in Dual it is for 5 years o
