Grateful college.

Placements: Placement at Maharshi Dayanand University is good. Companies like D. E. Shaw, Deloitte USI, JP Morgan etc. Have visited 135+ companies offered an average package of INR 6.02 LPA. Placement session 2020-21 was a great success, during this session a total of 131 students coming from diverse academic backgrounds got placed via cell. Roughly 5-7%of students get placement. I plan to prepare for the civil services exam.

Infrastructure: In Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) the hostel rooms are luxurious and comfortable and reliable for students. There are 10 boys hostels and girls hostels each with a capacity of more than100 individuals. All the rooms are single occupancy, and everyday maintenance of the room is done by the cleaning staff. The rooms have all the basic requirement B.Ed and mattress, an almirah with clock, chair, table and shelves etc. All the hostels have security guards 24*7 and hence, it is extremely safe inside the campus. Each floor has 2 clean washrooms and 1 water cooler/water purifier. There are a total of 3 messes each with a dining capacity of 150 individuals at a time. The food quality is good. The mess menu is decided by the student's run mess committee on a fortnightly basic. The cleanliness in the mess is top quality and constant check are made for the same.

Faculty: I was interested in Science subject from starting. Then after 10th, I chose Physics Chemistry and Maths as my subjects. It was then the Physics got me hooked. So I decided to pursue it further. Qualifications of faculty all the faculty members hold a masters degree with atleast 55% marks in relevant subjects from a recognised university. All the members also have cleared national eligibility Test conducted by UGC or CSIR. The teaching method is very comprehensive. Teachers start by telling us the importance of the subject and how we can utilize this in different fields. Then they start building concepts of given subjects and lastly, they focus on the application of the topic they are teaching. The exams are semester system based. First of all, is an internal assessment which includes assignment and small tests. Then there is the practical and semester exam. The exam is hard but you can pass with good marks if you focus on the daily lecturers and tutorials.

I love this college the most.

Placements: There is a placement cell that help students to be placed in different companies with an average package is 4-5 Lacs per annum and the highest package is 15-17 Lacs. The companies that visited our college are Wipro, Excel, Amazon etc. The student should have no backlogs in their semester exam and at least a 6 CGPA scored by the student. Profile offered by the companies is data analyst etc.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities at the Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) are known for being comfortable and well-furnished with facilities such as a Bed wardrobe and study table. The hostels have their dining facilities, serving nutritious and tasty meals to students. The hostel is equipped with high-speed WI-FI and laundry facilities for the convenience of students. The hostel has 24/7 security and CCTV coverage to ensure the safety of students. The hostels provide opportunities for students to interact and engage with their peers from diverse backgrounds, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. Overall, the hostel facilities at (MDU) provide a comfortable and supportive environment for students to live, study, and thrive.

Faculty: The course curriculum was very good. I Would say that pursuing or the best choice for me I choose this course because I studied operation research in my under graduation and I know about this course. Also, I'm interested in the field of Data Science so that's why I've opted for this course. The teaching faculty member is highly qualified and they teach well. So, there are 4 term exams overall 2 years were medium not easy not too hard. CLASS SIZE:-55 COURSE FEES:- INR 11315 per year.

This college is all-rounder in its overall facilities.

Placements: Students who are pursuing the 4th semester are eligible for campus placements. The top companies like Hetero Labs, Episource, and teaching institutes like Sri Chaitanya and Narayana visited and offered about 20 members from my class. The highest package offered in campus placement is offered by Sri Chaitanya Educational Institute and Episource, a medical coding company that offers about INR 25,000 per month. On average, about 60 percent of students will benefit from campus placements. My plan after getting the master's degree is to do a Ph.D. in genetics.

Infrastructure: We have a hostel facility, and due to our distance from the college, they can accommodate us easily in the college hostel. In our hostel, there are 8 students per room, and we have a cot for a student. In our hostel, they provide study hall chairs, tables, and all other necessities for students. They provide good-quality food with a different menu. There is a different menu every day, and the breakfasts are very delicious, and they provide twice as much chicken and four times as many eggs. The registration is very easy; we need to get a form from the college office, pay the hostel fees, submit it to the office, get a sign from the hostel warden, and join the hostels.

Faculty: I chose MSc. Genetics because this course has a good future. The faculty-student ratio is 9:11. All the faculty members qualifications are Ph.D. The teaching method of the faculty is very good, and I like every faculty member. The term exams were conducted every 6 months, and it is somewhat easy to pass but difficult to gain a higher percentage. Class Size : 56 Course Fees: INR 11315 per year

It is a good college for middle-class students.

Placements: Our college does not have many placements in private limited companies because it concludes the wet labs, Ph.D. program, and workshop. Approximately 60% of students get internships. The highest salary package offered is 1 LPA.

Infrastructure: The exterior of the campus is excellent, with two gates, i.e., Gate No. 1 and 2. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Security guards are available. There are around 30 canteens, 40-50 meters across. There is a very huge auditorium called Tagore.

Faculty: Our teachers are knowledgeable and experienced. They are helpful and try to provide study-related material either online or offline. Semester exams are difficult.

Other: Scholarships need to be improved.

I am satisfied with the campus.

Placements: In our college, approximately 70% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered was Rs. 70,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 40,000 per month. Almost 60% of students got internships.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure was huge. Security was available. Wi-Fi was available throughout the campus. Our college had more than 20 canteens. The quality of food in the hostel was good. Many books were available in the library. Medical facilities were available at the hostel.

Faculty: Our teachers were well-educated, knowledgeable, and helpful. They provided us with the study material both online and offline. The course curriculum was relevant for wet lab work or postdoctoral research. Semester exams were not difficult.

Other: Scholarships should be improved.
