I am absolutely satisfied with faculty members, facilities, libraries, laboratories, etc.
Placements: In MGCU, placements have insanely increased this year in the B.Tech department. Almost 90% of students have been placed. Reputed companies like Amazon, Accenture and many more visit here. Right now, B.Tech is the most demanding course of our university, but in botany, there are no placements at all.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good here, and the classrooms are well maintained. Labs are also organised, and Wi-Fi facilities are also available. Libraries have a lot of decent books. Hostels rooms are good, and the food is served. There is a mess and canteen. There are medical facilities, and sports and games are also organised by the college. Laboratories are also good, and water facilities are available.
Faculty: Faculty members here are well qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also good. This course curriculum is relevant. Exams are quite difficult, and the question papers contain both objective and subjective types of questions.
Other: I am from M.Sc botany batch, and I chose this course because I have completed my B.Sc in this particular subject. The lab work and ground tour should be included more in our course. Annual fests are organised in our college in February. The connectivity is also good in campus surroundings.
