The eligibility criteria for MA students at Mangalore University to apply for the Postgraduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child is as follows: 

• Applicant must be a single/only girl child in the family
• The applicant's age must be equal to or less than 30 years. 
• Be pursuing the course in regular mode (distance education is not eligible).
• Have secured admission in the first year of a full-time MA program. 

The eligibility criteria to get admissions into MA courses at Mangalore University are candidates must complete their bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved category candidates).
