The college is good at infrastructure, but lags in placements.

Placements: The placements provided are very poor as we got placed in a BPO call centre. The college is not even bothered about placements. No student from our department got placed till now. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 10,000 per month and the lowest was Rs. 5,000 per month. Only the placements for the students of B.Tech and MBA are good. The college has a placement cell, but it is not efficient. The placement cell is not even bothered about the placements of the students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is top-class. It is the only thing which attracted me to join this college. All kinds of facilities are provided such as Wi-Fi, labs, library, A/C classrooms, cafeteria, medical facilities, sports and games etc. Hostel rooms are good, but the fee is very high.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They use all types of teaching methods like presentations, and oral explanation etc. The student to faculty ratio is low. The college provides industry exposure. The course curriculum was useful to an extent, but some subjects are very irritating, and they do not make sense.

If you want to explore, you can join this, but not if you want to get placed in the same field.

Placements: We can't expect placements from a department where inter-departmental politics exists. The students from department got placed in a BPO company where a non- graduate can also participate. For that placement, we have to spend energy for 15-20 days just to ask our department's placement coordinator to speak to the authorities. It doesn't make any sense of thinking to get placed here. No proper information is circulated on time. No value to official e-mails.

Infrastructure: The only reason to join Manipal University Jaipur is its infrastructure. But, it is only till you join. Afterwards, you get irritated with the infrastructure because beauty is of physical infrastructure, but I will give -5 to the social infrastructure.

Faculty: Some faculty members are very good whom you cannot find anywhere else, and rest is like 0. They don't know what they are teaching. If you ask any question, then they are unanswerable. An incident happened to me that a teacher was teaching me in the 3rd year. They don't know the simple concept of demand and supply which a student of economics was taught in 11th class. This means a student who passed the 11th class is better than the faculty here. When any question is asked, they just say the theory and economist. The curriculum is good only if it is taught by good teachers which is not possible here.

Other: This college is known for events. Students developed the co-curricular activities. The college is best for events. They are very supportive. There is a special club for economics, and you will love it.
