Review of Manipal University Jaipur.

Placements: There are various opportunities for placements in MUJ. Many industries and MNCs visit our college to recruit talented students. They also offer good salary packages. Big companies like Amazon and Microsoft also visited our campus, so there are various opportunities for students in every field.

Infrastructure: MUJ provides a great infrastructure. It offers a life-changing environment for students. More than 10,000 students are studying here in various respective fields, and MUJ offers a great platform to all. It also has international collaborations with various universities globally.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good and enchanting. The course curriculum is designed according to UGC norms, and our course consists of 6 semesters and a total of 142 credits. Faculty members are better, and every professor is a PhD holder. Even the lab assistants are PhD holders. Emphasis is being laid on learning, but not on memorising.

Other: Many fests like TEDx, Mun and many other fests such as sports fests and cultural fests provide students great opportunities to showcase their talents. The tech fests which are conducted in our college are very good.

My experience in Manipal university Jaipur.

Placements: I am doing my Bachelor's of Science physics hons got admission in 2017 we are the first batch of this course of the college so there are no placements till now for the course. If I talk about engineering placements are very good in the IT and CS sectors the highest placement was of 36 lacks and average of 4-5 lacks while not so good in the other feilds.

Infrastructure: This is the main selling point of this college campus is pretty nice with very good facilities like Wi-Fi and sports and medical too the only place you will not find an AC is the hallways. The campus is designed very well and still expanding very rapidly. If I talk about the classrooms it is also very maintained and with new technologies and the auditoriums are like very good theaters. The clubs are also very active and easily approachable and so is easy to join. Hostel is also amazingly designed with basketball, badminton courts in every block and one common big football court we also have lots of common areas and clubs house were you will find various indoor games like squash, snooker table tennis etc.

Faculty: Faculty is not very knowledgeable but very supportive and course is also very well designed, they also give you grants for your external projects and is very approachable always ready to help the interested students. But if you are motivated you will not going to have many problems with your projects in any feilds you are interested.

Really good campus and worth joining.

Placements: The placements are improving every year. Big companies like Amazon, Dell etc. are visiting the university every year for engineering students. As heard by many, placements are quite good for IT, CS students while the average for other branches. There are also placements for non-engineering students although with a relatively lower package of 2.5-3 lacs per annum. Most of the non-engineering students go with the higher studies. The university does have a placement cell and is quite active. The faculty members are very helpful for the placements. If you approach them, they surely help you by giving recommendations.

Infrastructure: MUJ campus undoubtedly is one of the best campuses in the country regarding infrastructure. The whole campus is equipped with a lot of facilities. Wi-Fi in the college runs at a speed of 200-250 kbps average. The classrooms are quite good. The labs are well-equipped although few of the instruments need to be replaced. The central library is very nice with all up to date books and a very peaceful atmosphere. The university is well in related medical facilities, and there is a clinic in the hostel, although if required it can be used by other students also. YOHO hostels are worth their money. The quality of food in canteens is quite good and worth their price. Hostel rooms are also amazing and equipped with facilities of all comforts. MUJ campus stands far above compared to other universities.

Faculty: The faculty members are mixed. Some of the faculty members are very good and holds very good knowledge while some are fine. Being a student of B.Sc, Hons Physics, I found teachers to be very helpful and are always ready for help. The teaching quality of some teachers is very impressive while some are average. The students are given assignments and seminar to get hold of good knowledge and understanding of students. I must say the curriculum is quite advanced for B.Sc. Hons as I found it very helpful in dealing competitive exams. I did my internship at IIT Hyderabad, and it was amazing, great exposure and very good learning experience.

Other: The campus crowd is cool. The crowd is quite vibrant, and students from different parts of the country are here. The fests are always awesome. The students love the campus surroundings. MUJ is the second most clean campus in India in Swacchh Bharat rankings. The students are engaged and also given opportunities for extracurricular activities.
