Maharishi Dayanand University is a well-established university with a great reputation for academic excellence and research. No, MDU Rohtak is not a participating university of CUET. MDU Rohtak shortlists candidates for most of the courses based on the entrance exam conducted by the university. Step 1: Application Process

Candidates fulfiling the eligibility requirements can apply online for MDU Rohtak admission. As per the information collated from web, candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 1,000 to register for a course. 

STEP 2: Selection Process

MDU Rohtak selects candidates for LLM programme based on entrance exam conducted by the university. Aspirants also need to secure at least 50% aggregate in the LLB examination to get admission to the LLM course of MDU Rohtak.

STEP 3: Merit List & Counselling

Once the selection rounds are completed, MDU releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. Such aspirants are further called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

The University offers a two-year MSc course in 12 specialisations. The eligibility criteria and fees for each MSc specialisation vary. The eligibility criteria for MBA admissions in most colleges require a minimum percentage in graduation degree. Additionally, most MBA colleges select candidates based on the scores of accepted entrance exams. At MDU Rohatk, candidates who have passed master or Bachelors degree/Shastri examination (new scheme) of a three-year duration with at least 50% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST candidates of Haryana) or any other examination recognised by MD University as equivalent thereto, can apply for MBA programme.
