MSU Baroda BSc Admission Process 2026
MSU Baroda BSc admissions are decided during GCAS counselling based on course specific selection criteria. Thus, candidates are required register for GCAS counselling before starting to apply for MSU Baroda BSc application process. An overview of BSc admission process at MSU Baroda has been shown below:
STEP 1: MSU Baroda BSc Application Process

- Register for MSUB entrance exam.

STEP 2: MSU Baroda BSc Selection
Selection of candidates will begin after GCAS counselling registrations are closed. For BSc courses whose admission is entrance based, the combined score of GCAS counselling will be based 75% on Class 12 board exam results and 25% from MSUB entrance exam. Merit based admissions will be based solely on Class 12 board exam results. Candidates will use this score in order to lock their BSc course and campus preference. Those who chose MS University Vadodara as their preferred campus will be called for document verification.
STEP 3: Confirmation of Admission
Payment of BSc admission fees is the last stage of confirming MS University of Baroda admission. This fees will be a small portion of total BSc course fees which candidates will get a deadline to pay for confirmation of admission.

According to the MSU Baroda CSE Cutoff 2026 for the General AI category, the maximum rank accepted was 900019 in the last round (Round 3).
As seen from the table below, admission for the General and ST category was the toughest and the easiest for the CSE course. For more information, check the table

EWS category students under the Home State quota need to attain a rank of at least 3526 or below to gain admission at MSU Baroda. Students have to give the JEE Main exam and then appear for the GUJCET counselling process to be considered eligible for admission to the BE course and its various branch
