As the NLU Assam NIRF report 2023, only 1 student was placed in 2021. The total number of BA LLB student who graduated and placed during NLU Assam placements 2021 are tabulated below:

National Law University, Assam is well known for its BA LLB course. The duration of the course is five years. The placement details of the BA LLB batch 2023 are yet to be released on the official website. Once it is released, it will be updated here. However, the placement details of BA LLB batch 2021 is disclosed in the NIRF report 2023. During NLU Assam BA LLB placements 2021, only 1 student was placed out of the total 57 students who graduated in 2021. For admission to NLU Assam for the LLB or LLM course, the result of CLAT 2024 can be expected by the last week of December 2023 After the release of result, the exam takers will be able to download their CLAT scorecards from the official website using their login credentials for NLU Assam admission via CLAT counselling and seat allotment.

CLAT 2024 result contains details like the candidate's overall and sectional scores, and merit rank. Those who will qualify CLAT 2024 by meeting the required minimum cutoff as per the merit list are called for counselling process for seat allotment.

Note that for admission to the 5-year LLB or LLM courses, the candidate will have to meet the CLAT 2024 cut-off in their respective category. The CLAT 2024 merit rank list will be shared at the time of admission and seat allotments. Candidates ranked higher in CLAT 2024 merit list will be given preference during the seat allotment process.

The official college website currently has not released any information regarding the placement of LLM. Details regarding the placements of BAs and LLBs are available in the NIRF report. The placement information for the 2023 graduating class is still pending in the official site. On its official website, the institute has, nevertheless, made available the NIRF report for 2023. One BA LLB (Hons) student was placed at NLU Assam placements in 2021, according the NIRF report 2023. Additionally, INR 7.63 LPA was the median package provided to BA LLB students during NLU Assam placements in 2021.

NLU Assam BA LLB (Hons) cutoff 2025 has been released for round 1. The cutoff for the General AI category candidates was 1643. For the PWD AI category candidates, the closing rank in the round 1 was 45940.

The NLU Assam CLAT Cutoff 2026 was released till Round 1 for admission to various law couses at UG and PG level. The cutoff was published in the form of opening and closing ranks for all categories belonging to the All India and Home State quota. 

The NLU Assam Cutoff 2026 ranged from 1322 to 1764 for enrolment in the BA LLB (Hons) and LLM course for the General AI category, according to the Round 1 closing ranks. Students who belong to this category need to attain a rank between this range to increase their chance of grabbing a seat.  Students can refer to the table below to know the cutoff for all available courses for the General AI category.
