- The MAT 2026 Feb session registration is open. For PBT mode, the last date to register is Feb 23, 2026, and the test is scheduled for Mar 1, 2026. Further, for CBT mode, the registration closes on Mar 2, 2026, and the test will be held on Mar 8, 2026.
- The CAT 2025 result is out for admission to MBA/PGDM courses. Candidates need to log in to check and download their scorecards on the official CAT portal.
- The MAH MBA CET 2026 application form is out for admission to MBA/MMS courses, with the last date being Feb 12, 2026. Also, the session 1 exam will be conducted tentatively from Apr 6 to Apr 8, 2026, and the session 2 exam will be held on May 9, 2026(Tentative).
- The registration process for the MHT CET 2026 has started for admission, and the last date to register is Feb 12, 2026 for admission to BE/BTech and Integrated BTech courses. The session 1 exam might be conducted tentatively from Apr 11 to Apr 19, 2026, and the session 2 exam from May 14 to May 17, 2026 (tentatively).

Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon formerly known as North Maharashtra University was established in 1990. The University is recognised by the UGC and accredited with an 'A' Grade by the NAAC. NMU has been ranked 145 in the Southern Asia category by QS World University Rankings 2023 and also, ranked 50 in the overall category by The Week 2024.
NMU has over 220 affiliated colleges and 4 universities. North Maharashtra University offers admission to students based on entrance test scores and the merit of their academic performance. The selection criteria differ from one course to another. Admission to NMU Jalgaon begins with an online application. For admission to its BTech and MTech programmes, the university accepts JEE Main and MHT CET scores, respectively. North Maharashtra University (NMU) admit students to its BA courses based on performance in the last qualifying examination. The aspirants are not required to take an entrance examination. To be eligible for the course, students must be Class 12 or equivalent exam pass from a recognised board. The eligble students can visit the university official website to register and apply.
North Maharashtra University conducts CET for admission to some of the courses such as BBA, BCA, BMS, MCA and MBA. For courses such as BTech, BPharm, etc., MHT CET score is accepted for admission. Other state-level entrance exams such as MHCET Law, MAH CET, etc. are accepted for admission to specific programmes. Once the selection process is over, candidates are required to participate in counselling.
North Mahrashtra University admission to MCA course is based on MAH MCA CET scores. Candidates scoring equal or above the MAH MCA CET cutoff get a seat in the university. Besides, aspirants must also score at least 50% aggregate in graduation for MCA admission.
For admission to BSc courses at North Maharashtra University, aspirants must be fulfilling the course-specific eligibilty requirements. Yes, North Maharashtra University (NMU) offers BSc (Hons) programmes. The mode of study is full-time for the UG-level courses. Admission to BSc (Hons) courses is merit-based. Candidates are admitted based on merit in the last qualifying examination. NMU Jalgaon offers BSc (Hons) course is different
