Yes, BTech aspirants at Oriental University can avail a fee rebate under OU-Aspire scholarship provided by the university. The merit-based scholarships at Oriental University are awared to the BTech students based on their merit in JEE Main or HSC. Based on the information available on the university's official website, an applicant with a JEE (Main) rank under 5 Lacs is eligible for a fee rebate under Criteria 1 of OU-Aspire scholarship. If the candidate is pursuing BTech in a stream other than CSE, their annual fee will be reduced from INR 40,000 to INR 32,500. For students pursuing BTech in CSE, the fee amount will be reduced from INR 75,000 to INR 60,000. The mentioned information is subject to change and hence, is indicative.

The University offers 100% placement assistance to its students. As per the official brochure, 886 placements were made during the academic year 2024-25. However, the placement sessioon is still ongoing. Earlier, the highest and average packages offered during the 2024 drive were INR 72 LPA and INR 5.30 LPA, respectively. Oriental University admits students to its MBA programme through multiple counselling rounds. The last date to apply for these counselling rounds varies from year to year. In 2024, the registrations for the first admission round were concluded on April 30, 2024. The university has recently concluded its fourth admission round on August 14, 2024. The fifth (last) admission round commenced on August 15, 2024. The last date to apply for the final admission round has not been released by the university yet. It will be based on the government guidelines.

The total seats at Oriental University for BTech are cumulative of seats among various BTech streams and specialisations offered at the university. The university has over 240 seats for BTech. There are 60 seats each for BTech in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The exact number of seats for BTech in CSE is not available. It must be noted that the mentioned number of seats has been taken from the official website of the university. Oriental University starts the registration for BPharma in February. This is a tentative date. Students must check the Oriental University website for admission notification. Students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to B.Pharma at Oriental University.
