Parul University BTech Courses & Fees 2026: Admission Dates, Eligibility & Placements

Parul University BTech admission is both entrance and merit based. Canidate can either go via government quota seat method in which a valid score in JEE Main/GUJCET is required. Candidate can also apply for direct admission at Parul University in whcih admission is given on the basis of merit. Below are steps to follow for Parul University BTech admission:

Step 1: Parul University BTech Application Process

Below are steps in bullets to follow for applying on Parul University official website. It is a necessary step as it makes the candidate elgibile to considered for admission.

• Go to the website of Parul University.
• Click on the "Apply Now" tab.
• Fill the details like name, mobile number, enter captcha and verify OTP.
• Fill the details in the next slide i.e. gender, country, state, and city and then click on Submit.
• The next window appears is of Parul University admission portal. The section of Contact Details and Verify Phone Number is already done. The next section whose details need to be filled are "Choose Program" section.
• Same as above the subsequent sections to be filled are Personal Information (where the details of student plus parents are required), Campus, Educational Details, and then pay the registration fees of INR 500.
• The application step is not over yet, the next step is to login again with credentials. On the portal, candidate will see few sections needs to be completed. The sections are namely, Academic Fee, Upload Documents, Hostel Selection, and Campus Visit. Fill out these sections also accordingly as per your schedule and availability.

Step 2: Candidate Selection

After applications have been received, Parul Vadodara will begin shortlisting process. This process will be based on Class 12 board exam score submitted by every candidate. A merit-list of selected students will be revealed follwed by admission certificates being issued to candidates.

This admission letter will contain key details required during final stage of Parul University admission.

Step 3: Parul University BTech Admission Confirmation

Candidates whose name appear in merit-list are required to pay BTech admission fees for confirming their seat. This fees might be first installment of tuition fees which varies between speialisations. Exact amount will be mentioned on a candidate's admission letter along with a deadline to pay it . Once this fees is paid, document verification process will begin afterwhich a candidate's admission is complete.

Note: The above process is for direct admission at Parul University for BTech. For admission via government quota, there is one additonal step in which candidate have to register on the official government website of the respective entrance exam (JEE Main/GUJCET).
