Yes, PRIST University offers BTech in multiple specialisations. Students can choose to pursue the programme in full-time/part-time mode. The duration of the full time programme is four years while the duration of the part-time programme is 3.5 years. The BTech specialisations available at PRIST include CSE, ECE, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, etc. The admission is provided based on the Class 12 merit of the applicants, followed by the TNEA counselling.

These scholarships are provided to students belonging to economically weaker sections of society. PRIST University has a good placement record. According to reports more than 80% of students get placed every year. Wipro, Capgemini, Mahindra, TCS, and Sunpharma were the top recruiters who participated in the placement drives. The university has a separate Training Placement cell which provides students help to secure job opportunities. The highest package offered was INR 6.5 LPA, and the minimum package was around INR 1.2 LPA. 

B.Tech program is the best course offered by PRIST University as it got 81 students placed which were maximum in this field followed by PG courses students. The Average package offered at PRIST University is 4.10 Lakh and in PG its almost same as 4.15 Lakh. Pg courses mainly inclused MBA , M.Tech and Msc . In Pg there were 24 student placed last year.

PRIST University is a Tier 2 college. It is one of the top universities in Tamil Nadu offering B.Tech. The courses are somewhat more expensive than other universities. The placement opportunities are also less. The fee for the tuition for B.Tech at the university is 1 Lakh, per sem. The average package offered was INR 4 LPA which is not a good ROI. 

PRIST provides scholarships and freeships to students enrolled in various UG and PG-level courses that it offers. The application procedure for these scholarships is as follows:

• A notice inviting scholarship applications is released by the Dean on the notice boards of respective departments in the first week of July/January (for students taking up winter exam) every year
• Eligible candidates must submit the applications before the specified due date, along with the parent's income certificate issues by competent government authority
• The scholarships will be granted to eligible candidate after their applications are scrutinised by the Dean's office and the Scholarship Committee
