RAJUVAS Admission Process 2025
RAJUVAS admissions begin with the opening of registration portal. The university opens the registration for PG and PhD courses followed by UG programmes. Below are the steps to get a seat in the university:
Step 1: RAJUVAS Application Process 2025
The university releases the notification for admission in newspaper or on the official website of RAJUVAS. Aspirants have to fill out the application form on the university website by paying an application fee.
Step 2: Selection
The university selects candidates for UG courses based on NEET-UG scores. ICAR AIEEA and ICAR AICE-JRF/ SRF scores are considered for PG and PhD programmes, respectively. The selection for diploma is based on merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam.
Step 3: Counselling and Seat Allotment
The university offers seats in campus and constituent colleges based on the rank of the candidates. Aspirants have to apply for university counselling on the university website. For BVSc, the university offers regular and payment seats. Once candidates are allotted seat, they need to pay the RAJUVAS fee to confirm their seat in the university.
RAJUVAS Seats 2025
Out of the total intake for UG programmes, 85% of seats are reserved for Rajasthan Domicile candidates and only 15% are for the Veterinary Council of India. For all other courses, the reservation of seats for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH and others is as per the rules of the Government of Rajasthan as applicable to Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Bikaner. Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences selects candidates for BVSc based on NEET-UG scores. ICAR AIEEA and ICAR AICE-JRF/ SRF scores are required for PG and PhD programmes, respectively. The selection for Diploma is based on merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam. Admission to all the courses is entrance-based except diploma. Aspirants applying for Diploma have to fulfil the academic requirements for admission.
Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences considers the merit of the candidates in the qualifying exam along with entrance test for admission. The basic eligibility is Class 12 for UG and graduation for PG programmes. Below is course-wise eligibility criteria for RAJUVAS:

RAJUVAS BVSc Admission 2025
At UG level, Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (RAJUVAS), Bikaner offers BVSc and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) to aspirants who wish to pursue their career in the field of Animal Science. The course duration of the programme is five and a half years with a one-year compulsory internship.
The selection for BVSc is based on the NEET-UG score. Aspirants who have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology with at least 50% aggregate (40% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST candidates) are eligible to apply for BVSc programme.

RAJUVAS Bikaner offers MVSc for two years at the PG level.
