Good infrastructure. The canteen area needs to be improved.
Placements: In architecture, it is mainly preferred that you get to work on your experience. It might be 60% students. Almost everyone gets an internship. Many of them have their own firms. Many continue their parents firm. It is up to students. Sometimes, the government also offers job opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is as per the architecture because our chairperson is an architect. 24/7 Wi-Fi is available all over the building. Classrooms are designed as per architecture students. A drafting table is available there, you can work even on non-classes days. The library is also as per students' comfort. Even we have a material library.
Faculty: Most of the teachers completed their master's degrees. They have been teaching for many long years. They are always ready to help us. Faculty members are friendly with us when we need them. This course is totally filled with curriculum. It makes students ready to face the world. Around 60% is the pass percentage and it is average.
Other: I chose this course because I like drawing and technical methods. You can not limited to only one thing or you cannot be able at one point. In the upcoming year, I hope to get a workshop area for students. Everything is excellent. Our seniors are very supportive, but it is up to students how they interact with them.

The faculties are good in our department; no extra facilities available and average infrastructure.
Placements: There is no placement cell for architecture students in our college. We have to struggle on our own for our placements. The highest stipend in our passing out batch was INR 15,000. The roles offered in today's industry for our course include assistant architect, interior designer, and draftsman.
Infrastructure: The classrooms and studios are not up to the mark. There is no regular maintenance, no Wi-Fi facility available, and the digital support does not match recent trends. Additionally, there are no extra facilities like clubs or co-curricular activities available for students.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and supportive, but they are few. They are well qualified, with some faculty members having received master's degrees from SPA. The course curriculum is decent, well-maintained, and detailed; however, site visits are not frequent, and if we want to go for a site visit, we have to pay for our own experience. The semester exams are above average, and the pass percentage is 33%.

RGPV's placement in architecture is commendable.
Placements: The placement department at RGPV is highly active and experienced in supporting and training students. They organize numerous seminars and programs with the participation of various organizations and companies to provide additional knowledge for placement. The majority of students receive packages over 4 LPA, with a placement rate of 40%.
Infrastructure: The institute offers sufficient infrastructure and services, including smart classrooms, smart labs, a canteen, and internet connectivity for all. Medical facilities are not available on-site, and students are referred to nearby hospitals in case of issues. Sports and other physical activities are conducted on Saturdays. Mess facilities are not available in the hostel.
Faculty: The faculty in the architecture department is well-experienced and well-educated. Teachers effectively deliver lectures and explain graphics. The faculty members maintain a strict demeanor, which may make some students uncomfortable. Exams are conducted by the university in December and May, and the syllabus is moderately difficult.

It is a college with good infrastructure, and the best faculty members.
Placements: B.Arch is a 5-year UG course in which students are taught to construct and design buildings, monuments, bridges, and other construction-able structures. Students who want to pursue B.Arch must have done at least 10+2 from a recognised board or diploma from a recognised university with 50% aggregate marks.
Infrastructure: Best faculty members in our college. CCTV in classrooms, Wi-Fi available in college, and good hostel facilities for girls are available. Digital classrooms provide a better learning experience. The hostels have 24/7 Wi-Fi and all the infrastructure is well maintained. The entire college is clean and the food is very hygienic.
Faculty: The course curriculum is useful and prescribed by RGVP, which was standard in all colleges. The faculty of this college is great as the teachers are well qualified and some have done Ph.D. Faculty members in our college are helpful, understanding, and always motivate students to be enthusiastic about their work. The best thing is you can go to any faculty any time and ask any of your doubts, and they'll try their best to resolve them. Our college offers many courses for the students of each stream like science, commerce, and arts.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become an architect. I have these skills like good communication skills, immense physical stamina, excellent memory, patience, team spirit, responsibility, accountability, and creative thinking skills.

I am not satisfied with teachers and infrastructure, but all-over good college life experience.
Placements: In MITS, there are 40 seats available for the architecture course. As such, there are no placements offered by the institute, but one has to search for architecture firms for internships. Students are interns in good firms. Usually, students start as interns but most make it to the junior architect in 2 years.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is old as the college was built in the 19th century with the architecture department in 1985. The department is clean and colorful with full ventilation and sunlight. Wi-Fi is available with smart classes, canteen, medical aid, NCC, and sports.
Faculty: Teachers are not very helpful in online classes, but they are useful in offline ones. Teachers are knowledgeable, qualified provide average teaching quality. The curriculum is relevant, and it does not make students industry-ready. The pass percentage is 40%.

B.Arch has very good faculty, bad curriculum, 0 placements, average infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: There are no campus placements for B.Arch. Students have to search for jobs on their own. The college doesn't help for placements, nor internships too. Students have to do 2 internships of 5 months each, and they have to search and apply for them along with the studies. The training and placement cell is non-existent.
Infrastructure: It is a sort of a heritage building, constructed almost 80 years ago. Maintenance is very poor, though, being a government institute. Food in the canteen is okay. Labs and classrooms are on the lower side of the scale. The girls' hostel has been built recently, so it is good, but the condition of the boys' hostel is very poor.
Faculty: Faculty members are really good with most of the senior professors being PhD holders and gold medalists from renowned institutions. Teaching methods are very mediocre, no modern techniques are used. The student to faculty ratio is almost 30:1, which is very low with respect to this branch. Industry exposure is almost nill as very few trips and site visits are organised. Seminars and interactive sessions with architects and other students are very low in number, less than once a year.
Other: Events and fests are tough to plan as very low financial support is provided by the college and also the lack of any student council makes it very hard to manage such activities. Scholarships are provided but only to the reserved sections of the society on the basis of their last name rather than their family income.
