RGPV Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package & Top Recruiters

RGPV offers good placements to BTech students. According to RGPV NIRF report 2024, median package recorded in 2023 was 4.25 LPA. 262 students were placed and 38 students were selected for higher studies out of 548 graduating students in 2023.

If candidates gets their admission cancelled during first semester from the RGPV or admission of an ineligible candidate is cancelled by the University, prior to seven days before the last date of admission, as declared by the University, the tuition fee deposited by the such candidates shall be refunded back after deducting 10% from the deposited amount post which the fee deposited by the candidate is not refundable.

After JEE session 2 is completed, only those candidates who are aiming for IITs need to start preparing for JEE Advanced after clearing JEE Main. Those who are above the 98th percentile should start preparing for JEE Advanced as soon as possible. Those below this, between the 95th and 98th percentile, should focus on attempting more mock tests and previous year question papers so that they have a better chance of clearing JEE Advanced

NIT Manipur JEE Main cutoff 2024 has been released for admission to the BTech courses. During the Round 1 cutoff, the closing rank for CSE was 25886 for the General category students under the AII India Quota. Among OBC candidates, the closing rank for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering stood at 8750. Admission to BTech at RGPV is completely entrance-based. Direct admission is not possible for BTech course at the university. Candidates seeking for admission to this course must pass Class 12 to appy for the course. Aspirants must qualify for JEE Main entrance exam in order to get admission. The JEE Main qualifiers are required to apply for DTE MP counselling, where the seats will be allotted to the selected candidates. 

Yes, there is Engineering Diploma course at Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. The diploma course is offered in  Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc. 

To get admission in RGPV, students have to check the eligibility first. Eligible students can then apply online. The application has to be submitted at DTE MP counselling site. Students are selected through both merit and entrance basis. Selected students have to report for verification and pay the admission fees.

RGPV accepts JEE Main scores for admission to the affiliated colleges. To cutoff was released for different BTech and other courses. RGPV Bhopal generally does not offer direct admissions. Students have to clear the admission rounds to get a seat at the university. This includes appearing for entrance/ counselling. Students can check the official site to know more.

As per the AICTE, New Delhi norms, the total seat intake for RGPV M.Tech course is 7921. GPV offers a full-time M.Tech course via its various affiliated and constituent colleges. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the institute to apply online. RGPV M.Tech admission is completely entrance-based and depends on candidates' performance in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), conducted by IIT Kanpur.

RGPV BPharm fees 2025 includes both one-time fees and fees payable in installments. The total tuition fee costs between INR 1.56 Lacs - INR 4.24 Lakh. The tuition fee varies depending on the college allotted to students under RGVP. Besides, hostel fees is also paid in installments that can cost between INR 48,000 - INR 2.5 Lakh, if applicable. One-time fees that may include admission charges, security deposit etc. can cost around INR 3,600 - INR 6,150. In total, RGVP fees can cost between INR 2.08 Lacs - 6.8 Lakh.

RGPV admissions are done on entrance-basis. The basic eligibility requires the candidates to pass Class 12 or its equivalent exam with a minimum aggregate of 45% to 60% depending on the course and constituent colleges.  However,  BTech admissions at RGPV are accepted based on a valid score obtained in national and state-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, JEE Advnced, MPPET, etc. followed by counselling. Only those who meet the cut-off and satisfy all the parameters will be allocated a seat at the university for the BTech programme. In case the students are unable to clear the BTech cut-off released by the university, they can pursue Online BTech course offered by various other colleges.
