RIMT University offers BSc courses in three-year, four-year undergraduate degree, and the university aslo provides lateral-entry to some of the BSc specialisations. The university provides more than 15 specialisations in BSc course. The specialisations are from Gaming, Agriculture, Nursing, Technology, Design, etc. field. The accurate cutoff for BSc at RIMT University 2024 has not been released yet on the official website. However, candidates must have a minimum of 45% in their combined Class 12 exams in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ IT in order to be considered for the BSc programmes at RIMT University. The placement at the Regional Institute of Management and Technology University is generally better for MBA students compared to BTech students. As per the Engineering and Management NIRF reports 2024, the median package offered during RIMT University BTech and MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 3.34 LPA and INR 4.57 LPA, respectively. Hence, the placement package offered to MBA graduates is slightly higher than the BTech course. However, according to the reports, the number of BTech students placed is more than the number of graduates placed from MBA courses. 

College is charging genuine fees for all courses they provides. 

College fees for B.Tech is 1.11 Lacs (for 1 st year), B.Sc is 1.04 Lacs (for 1st year), MBA is 1.02 Lacs (1st year fees), Diploma -1.34 Lacs (1st year).

Fees of this college is very normal for every course, you can choose this as a option according to fees.

College placement is little bit lower, as only 60% of the students gets placement from this college.

You can directly took admission in this college .Only for B.Tech, you need more than 60% in 12th boards

No, you can easily took admission in this college. As this is a private college, there are lot of seats available .

But for B.Tech you should have given JEE Mains with more than 45% in 12th boards exams.

For B.Com, students need 50 % in commerce stream in 12th boards.

For BCA, just any students who have completed thier 12th boards can took admissions.

College accepts Cbse 12th as well as PSEB 12th .

XAT 2025 was held on the first Sunday of January 2025, which was January 5. The exam dates had been officially announced by XLRI Jamshedpur on July 15, 2024, by the XATONLINE website. The exam was conducted in 72 cities from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. The registration process continued until the first week of December 2024.
