RIMT University does follow the seat reservation policies for BSc courses. Additionally, the seat allocation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/Others categories is done as per the policy of the Punjab government.The number of seats reserved, are mentioned below:

The accurate cutoff for BSc at RIMT University 2024 has not been released yet on the official website. However, candidates must have a minimum of 45% in their combined Class 12 exams in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ IT in order to be considered for the BSc programmes at RIMT University. The selection process is completely based on merit, in which the university will release a merit list evaluated on the basis of Class 12 scores. RIMT University offers BSc courses in three-year, four-year undergraduate degree, and the university aslo provides lateral-entry to some of the BSc specialisations. The RIMT University is UGC-approved and is accredited by the AICTE, Bar Council of India, Pharmacy Council of India, and Council of Architecture for its wide range of courses.

For B.Sc. it offers 43 courses with the total tuition fees 2.8 L- 4.7 L and for M.Sc. it offers 33 courses total tuition fees for this course ranges from 1.4 L- 3.5 L. 

4 courses are in B.Pharm with the total tuition fees 3.5L-5L And for B.E/B.Tech the fees is 3.7L-6.4L.

Total tuition for UG Diploma is 39k - 1.4L and for BA.LL.B it is 5.3L .

 For B.A . 15 courses is available with total tuition fees 1.4 L-3.1L and for BPT is 4.2L.

10 courses are in BBA and tatal fees for this course is 2.9L-4.2L.
