RIMT University offers BSc courses in three-year, four-year undergraduate degree, and the university aslo provides lateral-entry to some of the BSc specialisations. The university provides more than 15 specialisations in BSc course. The specialisations are from Gaming, Agriculture, Nursing, Technology, Design, etc. field. The accurate cutoff for BSc at RIMT University 2024 has not been released yet on the official website. However, candidates must have a minimum of 45% in their combined Class 12 exams in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ IT in order to be considered for the BSc programmes at RIMT University. The selection process is completely based on merit, in which the university will release a merit list evaluated on the basis of Class 12 scores. But for B.Tech you should have given JEE Mains with more than 45% in 12th boards exams.

For B.Com, students need 50 % in commerce stream in 12th boards.

For BCA, just any students who have completed thier 12th boards can took admissions.

The placement at the Regional Institute of Management and Technology University is generally better for MBA students compared to BTech students. As per the Engineering and Management NIRF reports 2024, the median package offered during RIMT University BTech and MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 3.34 LPA and INR 4.57 LPA, respectively. Hence, the placement package offered to MBA graduates is slightly higher than the BTech course. However, according to the reports, the number of BTech students placed is more than the number of graduates placed from MBA courses. 

The difference  between the DPharm and BPharm programmes offered at RIMT University, lies in their duration and academic level. BPharm is a four-year bachelor's degree programme, whereas DPharm is a two-year Diploma course. Graduates with a BPharm degree have more extensive job opportunities compared to DPharm holders. Additionally, there are differences in practical exposure and course curriculum. BPharm offers a broader range of subjects and credits, providing a more comprehensive educational experience than DPharm.

NTA released the re-revised scorecard on July 26, 2024. In this scorecard, the score has been revised as per the Supreme Court verdict of removing the bonus marks awarded earlier for the controversial Physics question, and deducting one mark from those who marked incorrect answer options. The city and centre-wise result data such as number of candidates appeared and scores obtained, by masking candidates' personal data was released on July 21, as per the Supreme Court order given on the hearing dated July 18, 2024. The NEET 2024 result for the re-exam, which was conducted on June 23, was declared on July 1, day day after the slated date. The final answer keys for the NEET 2024 re-exam was released by June 30, ahead of the result declaration. Earlier, the result of NEET 2024 was declared by NTA on June 4, 2024, 10 days ahead of the original schedule, which was June 14, 2024. NTA released the final NEET answer keys on June 4, prior to the release of the NEET result 2024. The NEET result was declared in an online mode. Candidates have to log in with their registration credentials or application number and date of birth, and download their scorecard in PDF format. NTA also released the merit list containing the name, Roll Number, All India Rank and Percentile of the candidates. Along with the NEET 2024 scorecard, NTA also released the NEET 2024 cutoff marks or the qualifying marks/scores. 

The CAT exam is always conducted on the last Sunday of November every year so the CAT 2024 exam is expected to be conducted on Nov 24, 2024. Official announcement of the CAT 2024 exam date will be made by the convening IIM on Jul 30, 2024. The announcement will be made at the iimcat.ac.in website as well as in all the national dailies across India. We at Shiksha also notify the aspirants through our communication channels. Registrations cum application process for CAT 2024 will begin from the first week of August and end in the third week of September 2024.
