Little bit dissatisfied because of faculty.
Placements: First of all our senior batch placement was quite good enough, and our placement is still one. Till now 4 companies have come to our college in which the highest package salary was 5 Lacs per annum, the average salary till now is 3 Lacs per annum whereas the lowest package was 2.23 Lacs per annum. Around 50% of students got an internship from college and rest had to make their own arrangement. The internship was also unpaid. Yes, there is a placement cell. yes, it is efficient.
Infrastructure: When it comes to infrastructure Sambalpur university has one of the best infrastructure in all aspects
Sambalpur University has a proper library, medical facilities, sports and games for the students. Quality of labs and classrooms are quite enough good for the students
And as far as quality of food is concerned it varies from tender to tender and it is quite decent.
Faculty: There are an adequate number of faculty members for the student and the ratio is around 1:6
As all are government faculty each and every one of them is not that cooperative, but yes all are not that bad. Yes all of them are well qualified and the faculty members are been selected with a rigorous interview process. As far as the course curriculum is concerned it is very helpful.

As it is a government university.. It provide good environment as compare to diff. govt Univ of oris
Placements: The placements on the campus are not much good. But, some financial organisations have come for placements. 100% of the students get the internship from our college. The placement cell is available for MBA finance. But, most of the students prefer off-campus placements.
Infrastructure: As it is a government university. The infrastructure is not so good. But the classroom room environment is good. The library is containing almost all types of books which is needed for a P. G and Ph.D. students. The sports are the priorities. Hostel rooms are not so well maintained.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly educated. They are helpful and well qualified and knowledgeable related to the course and extra curricular activities. But the exam schedule are some time delayed. Many national level seminars are Organised here. Almost the course curriculum are good.
Other: Almost every month different events are Organised in campus.24*7 Wi-Fi facility is available.

University is good and there teaching activity is awesome .
Placements: Office executive post was offered in Genpact at CTC of 4,00,000. Almost every year, many companies organize campus drive or interview at metro location. Almost 5% get placement which is fine as per our university. This kind of company normally hire are no big companies.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were good and very large in structure. At a time 200 can sit and learn. Wi-Fi facility is available and library is good. Although infrastructure is quite low as compared to classes which are not maintained well but computer labs are good. Canteen is also nice.
Faculty: Teachers were very good in our college. Their teaching skill is very much attractive which students enjoy. Their advance knowledge makes our results much better. Quality of our teachers is much better as compared to other and that is why students want to get admission here.

A good university but not for job seekers through placements.
Placements: Honestly speaking, there is no placement. You have to seek for job on your own. There is no campus selection here. All you will get is a degree and the rest you have to pursue on your own. If you are interested in research work in your later life then this course can help you.
Infrastructure: The classes are not bad. Labs are good as well. There are 4 boys hostel and 6 girls hostel with Wi-Fi facility. The hostel is good enough and is within Rs.1000- Rs.3000. Single room is provided to every hotelier. As we all know hostel and good food together form an oxymoron. So it's better not to expect much from this aspect. And the labs are good as well.
Faculty: The faculty members are experts in their fields. The course is of 2 years i.e. 6 semesters. There are 90 seats for this course. The course consists of hr, marketing, it, finance, operation. Two of the faculty members are IIM qualified. Overall the faculty members are great to get knowledge from.
Other: Every department got its own alumni association. Different kind of puja, celebrations, and functions are also held annually.
