Candidate must be a native of Uttar Pradesh. The definition of Native Settlements (original residences) of Uttar Pradesh is as follows: - Such Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from Uttar Pradesh and have been residing in Uttar Pradesh for the last five years. OR - A resident of India whose father's Place of residence or native place is Uttar Pradesh and who is himself a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
