at Sharda University, Greater Noida

Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences recorded 70% placements for the students from the MA batch recently. The highest package offered to the MA students at Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences for 2024 batch students was INR 40 LPA. For admission to the MA course, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. SHSS Sharda University selection criteria for MA course is based on SUAT. Apart from this, the total tuition fee for the MBA course is INR 1.9 lakh.

The fee  structure for M.A. in Psychology at SHSS, Sharda University is nearly INR 45,000 (per semester) with an additional 20000 admission fees, INR 5000 examination fees per semester, and 5000 registration fees from the second year per semester. So the total will be nearly INR 2.5 Lakhs.

Admission to M.A. at SHSS Sharda University is made on the basis of entrance exam. The Sharda University admission test (SUAT) is the entrance exam whose scores are accepted for admission to M.A in SHSS Shada University. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject with minimum 50% marks in aggregate to secure admission in MA and should qualified the SUAT.

M.A in Geography is not offered at SHSS. However, SHSS Sharda University offers Master of Arts courses in different specializations including M.A. in Applied Psychology, M.A. in English, M.A. in Political Science, M.A. in Sociology, and M.A. in Modern History. Therefore, the total tuition fee for MA courses is between INR 1.73 L - 1.78 L (for 2 years).

Sharda University has a decent record of placements for courses like MBA, MCA and BTech, etc. The overall placement percentage is yet to be released. However, the University has placed 100% of the MBA and 91% of the BTech students in the academic year 2024-25. 

The highest package offered during Sharda University placements 2025 stood at INR 1.6 Cr per annum. The students of the BTech CSE batch secured this package from Silicon Valley.

The University attracted more than 600 recruiters for its 2025 placement session who offered a variety of job roles to the students across sectors, such as BFSI, IT, Education, FMCG, Consulting, and E-Commerce, etc. The top recruiters of Sharda University in 2025 included Amazon, Adobe, Deloitte Microsoft, EY, KPMG, PwC, etc. These recruiters placed students in various sectors and offered new-age job profiles. 

The B.Sc placements at SHSS Sharda University are quite good. The placement cell gives the best results and offers good packages to the students. The placement cell provides assistance to all the students to prepare them for the industry demands. They are among the best in Delhi NCR. This year, they have recorded an average package of INR 5.80 LPA and a the highest package of INR 15 LPA. The all time the highest package is INR 30 LPA which was in last year i.e 2022.
