The college has well-qualified faculty, decent placements, great infrastructure, and campus life.

Placements: Around 70-80% of students in our batch were placed through campus placements. The highest package offered was around 10 LPA, the lowest was 3 LPA, and the average package stood at 4.5-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS, Wipro, Byju's, and Capgemini. Internships were also offered to a large number of students, about 60%, with companies like Cognizant, Infosys, and startups through campus drives. The top roles offered were business development executive, software engineer, lab technician, and research assistant, depending on the specialization.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course was satisfactory. The labs were well-equipped, and the classrooms were spacious with smart boards. Wi-Fi was available throughout the campus, including the library, which had a decent collection of books and journals. The hostel facilities were good, with 24/7 water and electricity, and proper cleanliness. The mess food was average but hygienic. Medical facilities were available on campus and were accessible. Sports grounds and indoor game facilities were also available and were actively used by students.

Faculty: The faculty members were highly qualified and supportive. Most teachers had research backgrounds and were good at explaining concepts clearly. The curriculum was updated and aligned with current industry requirements. It included both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure through projects and seminars. Exams were moderate in difficulty, but required consistent study. The pass percentage was around 80-90%, and those who attended classes regularly did well.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the field and the promising career opportunities it offers. The best part about the course was the practical exposure we received through labs, projects, and industry visits. The campus environment was friendly and interactive, with helpful seniors and engaging extracurricular activities. Events and fests were organized regularly, providing good exposure and entertainment. However, I feel the course could improve with more industry tie-ups and placement training sessions. While basic facilities were available, more frequent workshops, career guidance seminars, and technical fests would be beneficial. The connectivity to the campus was decent, and scholarships were provided to meritorious and economically weaker students.

College provides good faculty members and placements are also good.

Placements: Maximum 60 students were in one batch and this college had no average package in biotechnology. The highest package was 2.50 LPA. There were no good companies that visited for placements. College had not provided on-campus internships. There were no top roles offered in our college.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi had provided on campus but signal was very low. Classrooms had no ACs. There were 6 fans in a classroom and two windows. Every class library had AC and books were provided. No good food was available in hostel mess and canteen and not clean. Sports and games were organised one time in year like Viveka in hostel fee was Rs 80,000 per room, 3 seaters, and 2 seaters had 1 lakh, 3 seaters had Rs 1,50,000. Three seaters had three beds, three tables, three chairs, and two fans. 2nd seaters were provided through beds, two tables, and two chairs.

Faculty: Very difficult to pass semester exam at this college written 60 marks and external had 30 marks, 10 marks had your behaviour and class attendance. Faculty members were supportive of B.Tech biotechnology courses. Faculty members were also good at teaching and good qualifications like Ph.D, B.Tech, and M.Tech. Teachers were very helpful to students and teachers by providing assignments and notes providing PDFs like they helped make learning easy.

Other: I chose this course because I like this field and I love the technician in biotechnology. I like pharmacies and medical so I chose the B.Tech biotechnology. It was a good scope in India like after co-ed, which was a very demanding course in India. I wish the college had improved labs.

SRMU University is good to take admission.

Placements: Placement is moderate in our college. Some companies are coming for placement. There are a lot of students in the B.Tech CS department, and the placement is low because there are a high number of students. Many courses are also facing this problem, and many are getting placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. We have a basketball court and a nice place to play. The hostel is well set up in infrastructure. We have a large mess, a fully well gym, and a common room for meetings. There is a CCTV camera on all floors, which is good for our security.

Faculty: The faculty members at SRMU are so good, they are cooperative and nice with students. They have a lot of experience in their subject. They guide us very nicely about our future goals. They show us their gratitude for anything. They teach us and guide us nicely.

I would recommend joining this college.

Placements: There is no rule for campus placement, and you should believe in that too, but they can get you well trained so that you can apply for off-campus. The average package can go up to 5-6 LPA. An internship here will be highly beneficial for you and can give you good job experience. Many companies can hire you as an intern. Data analytics, data research-based jobs are the main which get you offered here.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is adequate; while Wi-Fi and labs are good, classrooms are only satisfactory, and the library is considerably better. The hostel is about 500 m away from the college building, and the food quality is inconsistent—sometimes good, sometimes not. Medical facilities are available but limited to minor issues, and while sports and games are organized, only a few events take place.

Faculty: Helpful, qualified, and dedicated teachers stand by. They are very good at what they do. They make the students industry-ready. There is no difficulty if the student just concentrates on the classes and attends them. The passing marks criteria are always changing.

College is good but they can improve.

Placements: Placements are considered average at this institution. I once inquired about the placement scenario from a senior, who mentioned that the placements are not up to par. According to their experience, the maximum monthly package they received was only 15,000 INR, which is notably low compared to the fees paid here.

Infrastructure: While I personally do not reside in the hostel, my friends have conveyed that the hostel's infrastructure is subpar. Complaints include the quality of food and other amenities. Regarding the classrooms, there is room for improvement, especially considering the high fees we are paying.

Faculty: Upon joining the college, I faced delays in getting acquainted with faculty members. Their arrival was notably late, causing a delay in my studies. Unfortunately, the syllabus did not get completed on time, leading to challenges during exams. Out-of-syllabus questions in exams further disrupted our performance.

I am satisfied with this college, its infrastructure, and faculty members.

Placements: In our college, almost 70-80% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is 6.5 LPA. Placements are quite good. A lot of companies visit our campus for placements. Mostly, everyone gets a position, excluding students who choose further study. Some students get internships and some students qualify for CAT and GATE.

Infrastructure: Our classrooms are good. It has different buildings for different departments. Proper Wi-Fi is available and labs for every subject. It has the best library. You get every book that is required for you. The quality of the hostel food is good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are well qualified and have the best knowledge. Courses are well distributed by year. Faculty members are very good. Semester exams are of a difficult level but not for those who have attended the classes.

Other: There are many events that happen on campus like Dandiya night and the most awaited event of the year is Anubhuti.

The admission process of our college is very simple.

Placements: Placements in our university are not bad. The salary package offered by the university is 3 LPA, and it depends on your academics. If you are good at academics, then for sure you will get more. The placements of the diploma and engineering courses are 100%.

Infrastructure: The university is in the outskirt, but it is reachable. Labs are properly equipped, and the library had enough books to keep us updated. Wi-Fi facility is available, but it is slow sometimes. Classrooms are quite huge and comfortable. Everything here, including labs and courts like basketball ball, tennis and football, are well-maintained.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are highly educated. Most of the teachers are from IITs. Their teaching skills are excellent. The course curriculum is based on AKTU. There are 4 internal tests with every semester of 30 marks, along with 4 surprise tests and assignments, which make students tedious.

Other: Numerous events are organised, and many celebrities visit the university often.

Review of SRMU - Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University.

Placements: Placements are very good here, but for good placements, you have to score good marks in your course. If you score high marks, then you will surely get placements from this university. Various MNCs like HCL, Google, Microsoft, SAP Labs, etc., visit here every year for placement drives with a good amount of salary package.

Infrastructure: Our campus was established in 2011, but it has maintained its infrastructure. Sports club, dance club and singing clubs are available. There are a huge library and study hall for students. There are well-updated lab equipment and accessories. But I don't know about other labs because I have only used computer labs and seminar halls, which were quite good.

Faculty: Faculty members of SRMU are good, and they treat you like their children. The course syllabus was up to date as per the latest developments. Academics were good, and industrial visits conducted are an advantage for academic development. Faculty members were very nice and friendly to students personally. All the faculty members were my favourite.

Other: Campus life is most important for college students.
