I am dissatisfied because of the placements. Facilities in the hostel are pathetic.
Placements: Approximately 20%-25% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary package offered ranges from approximately 4 LPA to 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was about 2 LPA-2.5 LPA. Overall, the average salary package offered was around 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting company for my course was UltraTech Cement. Around 50% of students got internships in companies like UltraTech Cement, NTPC, etc. Students were offered the roles of junior engineer, consulting civil engineer, structural engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our course is above average like classrooms, labs, library, etc., are well maintained, but there is no Wi-Fi connection for us. In the hostel, the rooms are below average, and the quality of food available in the mess is below average. In the canteens, the quality of food served is slightly above average. Medical facilities are good as there is a nearby hospital which is dedicated to the college students. Sports and games facilities are good.
Faculty: Some teachers are very helpful in every situation. They are also well qualified and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. Their teaching quality is also good as topics are explained very deeply. This course curriculum is relevant, i.e., it makes students industry-ready. But in some labs and workshops, the equipment is not well maintained, and some does not even work.
Other: I chose this course because I like it. I like the construction work and its technicalities and its in-depth knowledge. I think our college should provide some more on-field practices so that we could know more about the practical work rather than just theoretical knowledge. Our college is good at organising events and fest. Almost in each semester, one event or fest is organised. But our campus is a bit crowded that sometimes you may get irritated. Our campus is situated few kilometres away from the main city. The surroundings of our campus are below average, i.e., if you are very hygienic, you may not be able to live in that area. Scholarships are provided to students, which depends on some other criteria. Extracurricular activities are not at all conducted in our college.

I am highly satisfied with faculty members, placement and all the amenities provided by our college.
Placements: I pursued B.Tech from the civil department at this college. Our college is known for its great community.
Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure, it is one of the best colleges in Allahabad. It is one of the few colleges in Allahabad which has upgraded its classrooms to facilitate teaching through modern tools and technique. The college has centrally air-conditioned classrooms with Wi-Fi, LCD projectors, tutorial rooms, library, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are the best thing in our college. Teaching quality has changed over time. Teachers are often expected to be good role models for students and to represent the highest standard. Faculty members are great, and you can approach them at any time. If you have any questions, they try their best to help you.
Other: I have chosen this course because I was interested in it since childhood. The college should provide more practical work instead of theory. Events and fests are held often in our college. Our college has Wi-Fi connectivity all over the campus for every student. Scholarships are based on students' marks, and lots of extracurricular activities like sports and plays, etc., are conducted here.

I am satisfied with teachers, placements, infrastructure and facilities provided by the college.
Placements: About 70% of the students from our batch got placed through campus selection, and in that 30% of the students got placement in renowned companies like Tata, Mahindra, Punj Loyd, etc. The highest salary package offered was 8.34 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.58 LPA. All of our batchmates got an internship during our course period. Various important roles were offered like site inspection and other construction work.
Infrastructure: Our college campus is constructed in 3 acres in which all the amenities are available for students. Each of its department is fully loaded with the latest course tools, and labs are fully advanced. Classrooms are centralised with air-conditioners, and the library is the centre of attraction of our college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they always gave extra classes for extra knowledge. They are highly qualified, and most of the teachers have a doctorate degree in their field. Their teaching method is phenomenal. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I always want to construct. The course should have more practical work than theory. Events and fests are always joyful, and campus crowd is very good. Our college has its own free Wi-Fi for every student. There are lots of extracurricular activities, like sports plays and many other events.

It is a good university, and I learned many things.
Placements: Around 20% of our batchmates from our class got placed in different companies in India and also other countries through campus placements. The lowest salary offered is advertised for working in India was Rs. 15,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Aditya Birla, HCL, etc., visited the campus.
Infrastructure: The college has a good campus with facilities like bank, ATM, post office inside the campus. Good sports ground, basketball court, gym, Wi-Fi facilities are available in the hostel. The average quality of food is served in the hostel. Central library, departmental library's, canteen and also other facilities, etc., are available,
Faculty: Most of the teachers are good, qualified, and they are really helpful and friendly. The education system may not be of high level, but the college provides good average education and have their laboratory and practical rooms for all the subjects as required.

I am satisfied with the overall performance of the college and some improvements needed.
Placements: There were 100 students in my class and around 500 in my course every year. TCS was the top recruiting company in my course, offering job interviews to final year students. The salary offered was around 3.5 LPA. Almost 10% of students got an internship from my course.
Infrastructure: The department infrastructure was excellent. We had spacious, bright classrooms. Labs were average without apparatuses and equipment. The location was perfect away from the city hustles. Wi-Fi was available in hostels, and the food wasn't great.
Faculty: Faculty were qualified. But some of them lacked teaching quality. 80% of teachers are very supportive and willing to share their knowledge with the students as much as they can, which is very appreciated. The teachers need to be more strict with the students in the class, with more rules compulsory for the students to follow.
Other: I chose the course because I had of interest in the construction field, and all engineering works. With interest and determination, the subjects are fascinating, makes us want to learn more. I wish the department had better laboratories for practical works. The campus environment and surrounding are good. The college is in the outskirts of the city. Some events and activities are conducted to make students relaxed from studies for a while.
